Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

Our visit was wonderful and staying at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls made it exceptional. From beginning to end everyone was friendly and helpful. The property was terrific and the views take your breath away. The restaurant was great as well, great offerings, everyone was happy to help. We are so happy we chose Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls for our visit.

Great stay. Have stayed a few times. However, parking is way too overpriced for guests. Our stay was over 2000.00 and we shouldn’t be charged for parking. Room and staff were excellent.

I loved

The view was phenomenal! We didn’t even have to go to the Skylon Tower because we already have a great view of the falls right in our room! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because parking nearest to the hotel was always full. We had to park at the opposite side of the road (which also belongs to the hotel) to park.

Very nice hotel with great view of the falls! The best breakfast buffet at any hotel so far. The staff were polite. Our room was huge and could see both falls very close. This was our first time at Niagara Falls and loved every minute of it!

The best location in Niagara, the view was stunning. The rooms are large and comfortable and the breakfast has a large variety and is V good. The bed linen and pillows are extremely comfortable. The suites are large, the Standard Room with twin queen beds have a small bathrooms. The staff of the hotel need to better trained or replaced, This staff is largely senior citizens and sorry to say, they are not upto the mark as I have rarely experienced such poor service at a Marriott and that too when we are renting one of the top rooms of the property. The housekeeping is shoddy as they did not replace any of the dishes, glasses or cutlery that we used on the first day, they did not even do the bathroom properly. The worst experience was at the fare inclusive of breakfast where the staff was literally on our heads and expecting us to tip them at a place where the only thing they were doing for us was to bring the coffee as everything else was self service. At checkout, we had to get the luggage trolly ourself from the lobby all the way upto our room as there was no concierge service and we saw everyone else do the same. The lady at the desk took almost 15 minutes to check us out even though the room was fully advance paid. The hotel charges a fee of CAD$49 for overnight parking and we found parking just behind the hotel at Roadway Inn for CAD$20 per 24 hours. Great hotel location, sad experience with the staff across the board. GM of the property needs to wake up.

The view and location is just great. Breakfast is also amazing. But I didn’t like how loud the fan was - it literally woke me up at night, when it turned on.

Fab hotel, great front desk service, easy to get to the falls center. Get a falls view room, you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel was in a great location with great views of the falls. It was clean and well maintained. The additional fees for parking and WiFi were a nuisance and would prefer those to be inclusive in the price instead of an additional charge I wasn’t expecting. Restaurant could use some updates. Menu seemed outdated and too pricey.

Great property, views if niagra falls, clean property friendly staff

My son and I got violently sick (vomiting and diarrhea) after eating the breakfast buffet at the Marriot on the falls. The cured meats were so old I spit them out. Stay away. There was visible green mold in the bathroom. The staff were wearing surgical masks and it made it difficult to communicate along with their thick accents. All events were photographed and documented.

Staff was great dinner and breakfast at Millstones was very good.

Location is great. Fall view is great. Starbucks is on the main floor.Walkable to attractions.

Incredible Stay with Unmatched Views of Niagara Falls! I stayed at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls and had an absolutely amazing experience! I booked a Premier King Fallsview Room, and the view of the Falls was simply breathtaking—it honestly felt like a postcard come to life. Watching the sunrise over the water from the comfort of my room was unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Marriott property. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. This hotel delivers on everything: location, comfort, service, and of course, that view! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls—you won’t regret it!

Hotel was good. But they charge you for everything else even microwave in the room. First hotel I’ve seen they charge you to have a microwave in the room. Expensive.
