We have stayed twice and the front desk staff have been so lovely. The parking staff as well were very helpful as my daughter was on crutches. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely corner window/view. We would absolutely stay here again, as the room rate was very reasonable compared to other places that aren’t even as nice!

Close to the falls. Reasonable parking fee at $15 per day on site and free parking lot a block away. Restaurant had a good menu selection and good food. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean , comfortable and quiet. Great choice for our vacation.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff are very client focussed. I mentioned one morning that the hot water in the shower was a little too cool. The next morning, Bashir asked me if the water temperature was good. What service!

My car was side swapped in the additional parking, when I had to check in I was informed there was no space on the property requiring me to park down the street with no vigilance on my vehicle.

Room was very clean. Perfect view. Definitely do the on site parking for 20 dollars a day saves a hassle and less than a 5 minute walk to the monorails to get down to the falls.
