We had a lovely stay. The unit that we stayed in worked out really well for our needs. We enjoyed the kitchen as it allowed us to make food at the condo and not need to eat out every meal. The condo was decorated very nicely as well! The staff were very kind and helpful both before our stay and during. Thank you for a great experience!

It was a great spot to hang out and do stuff with my sisters. We were able to walk to Rathtrevor beach right from the property. We’ll be back next year. But maybe stay in a unit closer to the hot tub.

We booked this vacation for my mother's 70th birthday. I reserved a two bedroom condo. When I arrived, I was checked in and proceeded to my room. Upon arrival, I noticed that it was only a one bedroom condo. They had booked it incorrectly. I immediately contacted the front desk to be told that there were no two bedrooms. The hotel did give us another one bedroom condo however, this was not ideal as a girls trip was now split into two different locations. It put a big damper on the occasion.
Other than finding us a one bedroom, there was no effort to amend the situation with any sort of promotion.
We were disappointed to say the lease.

We had a great winter getaway at Ocean Trails. We enjoyed the off season rates, the beautiful beach walks and the comfortable units. The property is very well maintained, including the hot tub which is kept impressively clean.

Suite was great well equipped. Pool was great but hot tub was shut down and not useable which was a real disappointment. We were also surprised that you have to rent a barbecue. Never heard of this. All the surrounding properties provided use of one. Room could have been cleaner. Staff didn’t seem to communicate. Should mention barbeque ahead not to find out you must order before 4 when check in is after 4
