Room was nice and clean. The service was amazing and management looked after as well. Very courteous, slow snow, cleaned up room clean and I think we needed. We got right away. We had a great weekend. Nice and quiet and private

This property is very old and needs some investments to modernize.

It’s very clean and everything available inside room microwave fridge store, and kitchen sink. Also, if you wanna stay longer is very good and reliable.

Convenient and affordable.

First, the office was dirty with string smell. Second, the room was filthy with bed bugs and sexual toy on floor. Obsviously the room had not been cleaned. Premises were left immediately, had to find another place to stay. Pine Ridge refused to reimburse despite efforts from hotel.com

There was no towels,1/2 roll toilet paper, floors where not clean, toothpast in the bathroom sink,

The bathroom was so disgustingly dirty we went out and bought cleaning products to clean it. To show it is possible. The grime was streaking the walls as if it had been years since cleaning had been done. Make sure you have your shots if you stay here in suite #7.

WORST motel stay of my life – filthy, unsafe, dishonest, and a complete scam. This place should be shut down immediately. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, but nothing even comes close to how awful, disgusting, and outright shady this one was. If I could give negative stars, I would. From the second I walked in, I knew something was off. The room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. Cracked, stained walls, grime in the corners, and an overall stench of neglect. The bathroom shower curtain was ripped and being held up by zip ties. There was no smoke alarm — let that sink in — and no hood fan above the stove, so cooking filled the entire room with smoke and heat. The curtains were so long they literally hung into the sink and over the stove burners — a total fire hazard. The microwave was on the counter but shoved sideways, making it incredibly awkward to use. It honestly looked like someone just tossed it there as an afterthought. When I booked, I was told I’d get a kitchen. When I arrived, they suddenly demanded an extra $30 for the stove — a classic bait-and-switch. And even after paying extra, the “kitchen” came with no pots or pans, and one of the stove burners didn’t even work. So even if you brought your own cookware, it would still be a struggle to make a basic meal. To make matters worse, there was a big “NO REFUNDS” sign posted at check-in — and after one night here, it was crystal clear why. They know people will want their mone

The price was right for a senior in town for medical treatment. The room was filthy and smelly. The front desk clerk??? Was totally not interested in addressing our concerns about the state of the room and or fact that the room was not properly cleaned from last tenants stay.

Never saw a room that dirty. Stay away from this place.

The place is an old dump in need of total renovation, but you get what you pay for.

Smelly

It is advertised in the front window as a contractor's Motel. The price was very reasonable , the staff was extremely nice but the room could definitely use some work. a bit rough and not very clean. a good location if you just need a bed , not a vacation stop

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Heat didn't work. Apparently previous tenant monkeyed with baseboard heater control, which I couldn't find. Very noisy highway nearby.

Dirty linen. Window was open on arrival in winter. Heat not controlled from the room and freezing. Didn't warm up adequately throughout everything. Stove didn't work - had a flashing error code. Has not been cleaned in ages. Drafty. Like staying in a very rustic cabin.
