My room was -29 and the ac unit just kicked in automatically. The tv remote would not work and the hotel sent maintenance who had the Samsung remote but would not leave it

Room was good. The fitness room is a disaster though.. hardly anything in there, the treadmill was smashed and glass everywhere. No supplies like towels or cleaner for machines.

We had stayed there plenty before and no problems till this trip we always paid for our room security fee trom debit visa and they all of a sudden only accept a actual credit card now which we do not have .we booked thru expedia and arrived finding out at midnight we had no credit card at check in so no room for us so we slept in our truck due to expedia wouldnt give the room charge back to us for 7 to 10 buisness days and we had no extra funds to get another hotel
