We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. We had a great view. The food in the restaurant was excellent. It was a very quiet place. The beds were comfortable. We were so near to the water. It was great. You can walk up the hill into town.

As previous owner of income real estate we always assess how well hotels/motels we stay at are maintained and presented to the paying public. Pro: Views from suite: Very nice. Ocean view. Location:Very nice, waterfront. Accessibility: Good. Views of Hotel from road: Good. Staff (front desk): Pleasant and helpful. Bed comfort: good. WiFi: good. Cleaning staff: Pleasant and helpful Con: When booking room a total price is confirmed, in writing, by Expedia. Then, upon arrival an extra “discretionary item” cost is added to the price. This increases the total price by several hundred dollars. If customers verbally state they don't want this discretionary cost the hotel should not charge it up-front. Parking for guests during the 4 pm to 8 pm daily time period. Very poor. Not enough spaces for hotel guests as restaurant/bar customers take over parking, leaving hotel guests being told they can park on the road, or trying to squeeze medium to large vehicles into “small car” spaces, if available. Deferred maintenance: quite noticeable in room. Scratches on cabinets. Worn-out furniture. Noticeable stains (coffee and other) on carpets. Water/flood damage to inside/bottom of bathroom door. Moss build-up under balcony railing. Balcony plants need TLC. No 'usb' ports. TV: outdated. No ability to adjust quality of settings. Missing drapery hook. Can't close curtain completely.

Friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms

Someone had left the fireplace on in our suit before we got there. So we wondered around for couple hours so that the room could cool down. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience other than very casual oh we are sorry. Hotel is very clean

Nice, bright, quiet, beach front location

Clean, well-appointed room by the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating if we needed things. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a lovely sitting area. The room had comfy chairs, table, Nespresso coffee, bathrobes and slippers and lots of details. We also enjoyed the balcony with a view of the ocean. In all areas, we were pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here a couple of times and the staff are amazing. The dinner was incredible and Jay and Petra made our special evening extremely enjoyable.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud with the perfect pillow! I could not decide which view from our room was nicer, the foliage or the ocean! The staff, especially the manager were extremely pleasant and made us feel very welcome!

Very friendly staff and excellent service. The property is clean and the rooms are well appointed. The pool area is nice and they have a good restaurant.
