Great location and room.

This is a quiet and great place, I came with my family and we love the hotel!

It’s cozy and clean. Good value for the price

Never stay here! Horrible customer service. Lack of courtesy. Unreasonable extra charges with no communication or explanation.

Terrible service ...not happy at all

Alright hotel but make sure you check out the jacuzzi if you book one of those rooms because the jacuzzi in our room the jets weren't working properly.

Everything was good and nice

This Radisson needs to raise its cleaning standards. This place gives motel vibes not hotel vibes. Honestly Super8 motels are cleaner and better maintained. New guest should come in to a properly cleaned room. A few things to consider : Rooms should be wiped and cleaned properly. Ensure no hair from previous guests is left in the bathroom or anywhere else in the room. Wipe down countertops and tables and other hard surfaces. Drawers in room had dust and white particles. Please clean the stairwell of cobwebs/collected dust and dead bugs. Fix the Broken fixtures and areas that require repair. Clean the pool deck and ensure to remove hair in the drain at the pool shower regularly. Pool area sign states “no food or drinks” but Saw staff delivering food into the room. Very unhygienic. With that said The cleaning staff and other staff are polite with welcoming smiles. It’s a nice quiet place even though I saw families there. My stay was relaxing otherwise.

The staff were not especially helpful or friendly, the room was not clean and still had other people's items, food on the walls and floss stuck to the wall of the shower

Room was smoky and stuffy. A little out of date but the hotel itself is safe and quiet.
