Having the convenience of both the Keg and a Starbucks within a minute of my room was a nice treat. Paying in excess of $20 / night to park is really just a hidden room charge as every guest that stays at that hotel drives. That said, the building was as good as new and the rooms were spacious and clean.

I didn’t actually stay at this hotel. I was moved to a different hotel because the Ramada was being used for wildfire evacuees. This hotel I stayed at was lovely.

First, i stayed in Courtyard hotel instead the ramada hotel, and the service there is terrible, they didn't put fir us any siap to wash our hands ....

They called me to tell me that we have to stay in a different hotel like 3 days before and then they kept on texting me about checking in on that day so I was confused when I replied to them I never heard from them so not a good experience if you ask me, getting ignored it’s not good

The hotel is good and the amenities are nice, but the location of the hotel was unsafe, due to the many drug users all around the area of the hotel. I understand that this is outside of the Hotel’s control, but the area felt unsafe. I suggest increasing CCTV presence, especially in the parking lot, as it currently does not completely cover the lot and I was scared for my car.

We were driving to Niagara Falls and received a phone call stated that we were transferred to a different hotel due to the broken pipes??
We were transferred to a much smaller hotel named Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview. If we were not there for an in-town wedding, we would have escalated this as the whole thing was being very fishy:
- Last minute change of hotel
- No communications via email - everything was either spoken over the phone or sent via text
- We got the first phone call at 12.30pm, checked in at the Wyndham Garden at 4pm. At 7pm we got a text saying: “Welcome to Ramada Niagara Falls Near The Falls!” - from the same number that sent us the hotel address we were moved to!
- We were charged CAD30 for parking at the hotel we stay??
- Is there a price difference between the two hotels? Would the original hotel be richer by selling us to a cheaper hotel and taking new guests in our place at higher rate than Expedia rate?? Probably not that significant, but the fact that there’s no involvement of Expedia or no transparency made this whole thing not a pleasant experience at all.
