Good location for St Catharines, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. Very clean and with a refrigerator we were able to bring a few bowls, cutlery and plates so we had our breakfasts there. Beds were comfortable.

It is convenient to NOTL and much less expensive. It is a college dorm and it shows the wear and tear. It used to have breakfast in the morning, but it doesn't now. Maintenance leaves a bit to be desired, but I am sure students are hard on the building during the school year. I don't need a really nice B&B downtown costing twice as much.

I would not recommend this hotel. Dated, smells, uncomfortable beds etc. Book somewhere else.
Issues:
-no light in kitchen
-limited towels the size of hand towels
-windows barely open which limits the ability to air out the musty smell
-only two pillows as flat as pancakes
-problems with room locks
-worn down and broken furnishings
-dirty bathroom

It was a great deal for our purposes. A coffee machine in the room would have been great but again, understand it's a dorm room. Staff was great!
