Really expected to be at Sandman and didn’t realize there were two sides of the hotel. Expected signature side, no upgrades. I wouldn’t come back for the price compared to others in close proximity.

No tv working. Garbage from previous guest left in the room. Fans kept the room cool but were so noisy you felt like you were already at the airport.
Told staff at check out my experience and the initial reply was “would you like a printed or e-receipt”. Just did not care.

Did not expect to pay a lot of money to stay at a place that take a lot of work out if me. The air conditioner was blowing at my kid’s face when he sleep, it’s right at the bed. I had to use different things to shield my kid from the cold air. We had to open the window so turn off the a/c. Then it got really, turn it on and tried to shield him again. So much work! Staffs were friendly though and if i want to order food from the restaurants, 4 out of 5 said it’s outside if their delivery area, i need to order from Skip/Ubber.
