It’s walkable to the city centre. Near to train station to Seattle and ferry stops are like 10 mins walk. Room was in good condition and spacious. Parking per night is quite expensive - CAD32 incl tax. Then again it’s the downtown area. Nothing is cheap.

Older building, but close to arena/stadium, walkable to yaletown and shopping areas, dining near by is good, overall very convenient location! Beautiful views from 10th floor looking over gastown and north shore mountains, water view! Great place for a two night stay while you’re out and about most of the time!

Grear spot and friendly and clean. Just found the room small and cramped, hard to sleep, could have used heavier comforter for this light sleeper!

I was initially disappointed to find that our room was right beside the elevator, but it was very quiet in the morning despite that and we had a very good sleep. There was no vanity surface in the bathroom and the sink was tiny, and there was no thermostatic control for the air conditioning unit. Other than those minor annoyances it was a good stay. The staff were very friendly and they kept our luggage under lock and key while we toured Vancouver downtown for the day and waited for our flight time. I would stay here again.
