It was great

Underwhelming. The property is warm and inviting as you enter. Once checked in the inconsistencies started to show. - TV remote functionality was intermittent. - bathroom tap loose, to the point when you would turn the level from hot to cold, the entire faucet would move. - went to make dinner as we had a suite with kitchen and one of the burners on a 2 burner stove was not working. - only 3 forks but 4 of everything else. - curtains had coffee stains. - elevator noise/hum was noticed once we went to bed. What these inconsistencies speak to is a lack of attention to detail. From leadership down. I believe the property manager was in the lobby and heard my comments and did not engage. The Front Desk Associate was quick to offer a 30% discount which was approximately 300 dollars in total. I would venture to suggest that a majority of these issues would not cost that same amount to rectify. My comment to the Front Desk Associate was,”I prefer to pay the original rate” and have everything working and clean as it should be. I was not looking for compensation, I was looking for a seamless stay and that was not what transpired.

The bed was wonderful! The pillows marked sort and firm was great! My husband likes soft pillows do he had them and I used the firm. Great!!! Quite a drive to West Edmonton Mall but easy enough to get to with google maps! Lol walking to the pool near the restaurant was kinda weird but the pool was okay. We'll definitely e back!

Great service

Very much liked all things about this property. It was clean well serviced. Great coffee in the morning. My only recommendation would be to maybe put from 10-11pm at night for adults only in pool/hot tub. We were there 3 nights and could not get near pool or hot tub on friday or saturday night- well over 30 kids. Sunday night the hot tub was out of service so we didn't get to use it at all

From entry into the building until we departed the staff were exceptional. Room was neat, clean and well appointed. Bed and linens were very nice. We greatly appreciated two sets of pillows, one soft and one regular, both were identified with an embroidered pillow case. With inside passageway to the restaurant Chop, it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this be the place for your stay.

Great stay, very nice hotel

Good location, nice rooms, great service by staff. The elevators were extremely slow and it appeared that only one of the three would work at any given time.

Really like this spot, I’ve stayed here twice now and always enjoy the area. The hotel’s modern and clean, and having a steakhouse attached is super convenient. Had a small issue with my room, but the staff member at the front desk was really helpful and took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Generally clean hotel. Would have preferred a standard day for cleaning rather than having to put a sign asking for such. Should change block soap to liquid soap like what Towneplace has.

Pool, water slide, hot tub, clean rooms, quiet and close to shopping and great place to relax

Great place.Our room was clean and convenient, but just a bit aged. An excellent place to stay when we’re in Sherwood Park.

Generally the property is god but does need a little maintenance like making the toilet tanks fill properly after flushing.

Nice, clean, comfortable beds. Only complaints is that their water slide isn’t great for little kids. Lots of places have their water slide land in shallow water this one lands in the deep side of the pool. Seen two little kids agave to be pulled out of the water after going down the slide. Won’t stay again because of that.
