Great location. Comfortable large rooms. A nice sitting area if want outside the rooms or chairs outside in front on nice days. Not fancy but clean and comfortable.

This was a comfortable room for the age of the building. The front staff could have explained a Few things about the town. Like the information on the corner posts and maybe a few highlights. I know it's the end of the season at least ask the guest if they have every been to the area.

My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. But the best part of my stay was the warm and welcoming experience from owners Michael and Rita. They offered a really friendly welcome that set the tone for a wonderful stay!

It was hard to find because the images online did not properly show the actual location. It is not the red building. It’s a street behind Not a real view. We got poor instructions on where to park on the street, had to go back then they told us there was a parking lot. When we arrived at our room, we were not at all pleased with the overly musty and stuffy smell. We don't think anyone had used it for a while and the shower was covered with a large amount of mold. We went down to talk about our concern about the bed the smell as well as the mold, we were not met with a very welcoming response. She was ready to measure the bed as we didn’t feel it was a queen, but that was beside the point. She didn’t seem to have any concerns about the other issues and we kept telling her that the bed wasn’t the real problem. She got her husband involved, when we brought the concerns about the mold and smell he openly admit that he knew about it but had not time to deal with it. They did move us to another room. It was a little better but still not to the standards described on site. The shower had mold in it as well not near the about in the first room but still concerning. We contacted Expedia who contacted them about a refund or discount. They told us they would only give it to us if we left. Unfortunately we were in the town for one night and on our honeymoon didn’t have time to find a new place to stay. They cared more about us writing a bad review then about us having a good experience.

This is an historic location and very well maintained. The community has many beautiful and historic homes. Nice places to eat and drink. We would stay there again.

Lunenburg is such a special place and we couldn’t have stayed in a better location. Steps from the harbour and all the shops and restaurants you could ever need. The room was clean and cozy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and quaint. Staff were friendly. Parking is on street. Rooms are a bit dated but quaint and for for sleeping and resting up.

Very old room but we expected that. The rug is stained and needs to be replaced. Very quiet

Wonderful location and upkept Inn. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Ambiance of the Inn was appropriate for this sea-faring quaint town!

We were able to check in early and the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere.
