Our stay at Sonder O'Conner was delightful. The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed, including a white noise machine to drown out the sounds of the city if we wanted. The location is central to Centertown, with multiple things to do and places to eat within easy walking distance. It would have been very easy to make the entire stay contactless if we'd wanted, but it was so lovely to be greeted with a friendly smile and chat by the people at the front desk every time we returned or left the building. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really nice space with well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting area and bed. Parking in the building was a big positive. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and nice independent shops on Elgin St.

Comfortable stay. Cute studio apartment. Well equipped and clean. Just a couple hiccups which I will address directly with Sonder. The Sonder app is very convenient. Had to use their Chat a few times and got timely responses. Paid $20 to park for 24 hours with in and out privileges. We walked to Elgin St. for dinner (lots of restaurants, coffee shops and artisan stores). Our room was on the ground floor. Wasn’t crazy about our view; it was below grade and people walking by had full view of the inside of our room so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time.

Excellent location; walking distance to the Glebe and restaurants on Elgin. Hotel was very clean and staff were helpful.
My only concern was that there were a lot of homeless in the area asking for money.

The kettle was leaking.
The shower was too low on water pressure.
There are no extra coffees on the courtesy desk or cabinate opposite to the elevator.
So Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Convenient cardless entry.
Very comfortable and stylish accomodations.
Affordable and friendly, accommodating staff.
Lots of extras such as a games room, gym, common areas, boardgames, coin laundry and vending machines.
It really was a great stay.
My only complaint is the extremely strong cologne scent that seemed to be sprayed in all the common areas was harsh to the nostrils and gave me immediate headaches. It doesn't need to be totally scent free, but more consideration for people with scent sensitivities would be appreciated.

what a horrible time my stay was at this establishment. From noise every single night until 2am—to no hot water 3 times, no heat 1 night, my fridge didn’t keep anything cold, so I lost almost all the food I brought with me. It was totally ridiculous. Had I not been told that I would incur full expense of cancellation I would’ve left early. This place really is not the best. Oh and also—the “balcony” room I was told I would have was non existent. It was a large window with flood lights that shone in despite having shades down. It was like sleeping during the day. I brought this to the attention of staff who just said “oh ya, we hear that a lot”.
