Excellent value for money. Wonderful staff. Decent breakfast. Nice, large room where everything worked well. I will stay there again.

We came to Calgary for my daughters birthday, and booked this hotel for the waterside. When we got to the pool the waterslide was out of order which nobody infomed us about. My daughters were very disappointed. Then the hot tub completely runined our bathing suits, bleached all the color completely out of them. I have reached out to the hotel and was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours and that was almost a week ago. Horrible customer service. Would definitely not go back or stay at the hotel brand again.

The Elevator definitely needed to have some work done otherwise we were young enough to use the stairs 😃

I always book our stay in this hotel whenever I have visitors coming to visit Alberta. I book the family suite with 2 rooms. The rooms are big and it has kitchen and living room where we enjoy chatting before going to our rooms. I like that we can still enjoy full privacy even we are all in one family room. It's also clean and the beds are comfortable. In addition, check in/out is so easy. Lovely customer service. Staff are friendly. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for travellers in big group.

We have stayed at this property several times flying in and out of Calgary. The kids love the pool with the slide, it's a favourite! The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you could want. Added bonus is a free airport shuttle. As Arnie says, we'll be back!

Staff member at check in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was just as pictured and very clean. Was close for us to other amenities/attractions we were visiting. Very nice property.

We enjoyed our stay

We had a 4 night stay. Breakfast was always delicious and hot with plenty of options. Only thing that could have been better was warmer temperature in the pool area, and also the pool water itself. But all in all, I would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very friendly, with the exception of one woman.

Good standards across the board and pleasant staff

Overall the property was clean. Room was recently renovated and the workmanship was poor quality.

We stayed at Staybridge for two nights. It’s clean and spacious. We had some trouble with noise above us, loud banging and stomping. I complained to the front desk our 1st night. The noise continued through the night. The next morning I again complained to the front desk. They were very understanding and apologetic and moved us. Upon arriving in our second room, again, we had noisy people above us. Again, I complained to which the very kind host moved us. I would just like to thank the staff as this was not their fault in any way and they were more than accommodating.People just need to be more respectful of other guests. For our inconvenience we were given free rewards as we are club members. We will certainly stay there again when we are in the area as the rooms were perfect for our family of four.
