Location was great to access downtown and the entertainment district. Easy access to the harbour which was only 2 blocks away. You could not see the harbour from the condo. Unfortunately, we found there were a couple issues with cleanliness (floors and windows) and access to the condo (waited 1.5 hours to get in).

Nice place but no parking anywhere close by. We paid $30 to park many blocks away. Coffee machine but no coffee. Nice quiet area. Easy check in.

Worst overnight experience ever. This property should not be on a hotel web site. Check-in is complicated. Excessive security checks and deposits that are not required at a regular hotel. This is a Canadian property that, unbeknownst to me, was priced in US dollars. The total cost, with excessive cleaning fee of C$70, turned out to be C$350 for one night. I could have stayed at a convenient 5-star hotel in Toronto for the same price or less - with all the added convenience of a hotel. Hotel.com would be well advised to remove this property from its web site.

Lägenheten var i bra skick om än lite steril och ganska nära centrum, ett plus. Ett stor byggarbetsplats utanför huset var lite störande. det som drar ner betyget är det krångliga sättet att få tillgång till lägenheten. hade betalat in via Hotels.com, men behövde ändå skicka passkopior och kopia på kreditkort en dag innan, annars hade jag förlorat bokningen. Inte bra och inte klart och tydligt i bokningsbekräftelsen.
