The hotel obviously needs some love. It is old and would require some updates. The first room we were given was in horrible condition. The manager was very kind and offered us a new room that was much better. You get what you pay for, it was fine for one night.

Overall, this property is great. It could benefit from some upgrades and a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Very close to cliffton hill. I would definitely stay here again.

I specifically searched for a hotel in Niagara Falls with indoor pool because we wanted to go swimming. Yes, there was an indoor pool, but it was freezing. Therefore, I would not go again. We paid for an expensive room with jacuzzi tub and really were looking forward to a weekend away. The pool was awful. We did however, really enjoy the jacuzzi tub. And the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

It was ok for the price but there was less than half a roll of toilet paper and when we called to get more, we had to go to front desk and get it ourselves. Very basic.

Very hospitable service. Breakfast was a bit lacking but it had the essentials. I also got locked out a couple of times during my near 2wk stay, but the 24 hr fromt desk was quick to remedy it each time. The swimming pool was a nice touch. Great deal, I'll probably return sometime.

Great location, very close to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls attractions. The staff was very friendly, and parking was convenient. However, the surrounding area feels a bit rundown, and the property could use some renovations. Additionally, room cleanliness was questionable.
