The chalet was beautiful. Super clean, nice decor and beds were comfy. Water pressure was a little low but not terrible. Tons of parking( although it was offseason there would still be more than enough even if fully booked). would definitely stay again.

Very quiet. Reasonably priced stay at a very safe clean location. A car is required and proximity is good to Sydney area facilities. Fully met our needs with off peak season options. VV good.

The room was spacious, with a sofa, king bed, fireplace and a patio door, with access to the parking area. Very relaxing andba nice quiet place to stay. I wish it had of had a mini fridge.

Expected more amenities, no vending machines, couldn’t get anything to eat or drink after the main desk was closed which was pretty disappointing, service was great when available, rooms were clean and comfortable. But room in the main building had no mini fridge or microwave to heat up food that we were lucky able to get at the ski hill , would book again but but definitely come more prepared knowing what I know now . Over all experience was ok but really did have higher expectations

Our suite was extremely comfortable and well equipped except for the TV. They do not provide too many channels to watch or offer the ability to use your own Netflix. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the people across the hall from us as if they were in the hall right outside our door. The Reception area leaves a lot to be desired. Just a emply room when you walk in the front door with some stuff being stored in the corners. You check in thru the Pro shop. Very low class for a place that seems to be trying to promote 5* resort.

This is a nice place to stay at near Sydney. Very quiet with comfortable rooms and accomodating staff. The restaurant is exceptional. Breakfast options at the golf course are good but limited.

Front desk person said I did not book through her instead by another third party so she could not give me a receipt, terrible , I do NOT have a computer or no printer , even give me a piece of paper !
And in the restaurant the staff was more interested in their texting on phone rather then helping us with a table !
