Every St. Regis I have stayed at has been exceptional, and the Toronto location is no exception. The facilities are beautiful, the brunch is amazing, and the service is top notch. The ability to have complimentary coffee sent to your room in the morning is lovely and I appreciated the noon check-out time. My room on the 15th floor was spotless, spacious, and elegant. The rain shower and deep tub with a little tray for your phone, drinks, etc. was very nice. I especially like the different lighting settings for the room (morning, evening, night, all on, all off, etc). A luxurious choice for a downtown Toronto stay.

Every St. Regis I have stayed at has been exceptional, and the Toronto location is no exception. The facilities are beautiful, the brunch is amazing, and the service is top notch. The ability to have complimentary coffee sent to your room in the morning is lovely and I appreciated the noon check-out time. My room on the 15th floor was spotless, spacious, and elegant. Do not stay there on a Saturday night. There was a large wedding in the ballroom - we were 11 floors above and couldn’t sleep from the bass from the music. For $750 a night - this is not acceptable. I would like a refund.
