Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton Airport

I did the pre check in, so all I would have to do is stop at the front desk grab the keys that were supposed to be waiting for me, which they weren't. Ended up waiting for 10 minutes as the front de4sk clerk tried to get the computer working which never did. I ended up going to another hotel that was able to actually give me a room. The sad thing is that the room was already paid for.,

Very clean and comfortable for the price. The staff was so helpful and friendly!

Was only there for 3hours as was getting a6:00 am. flight, but wake up call was prompt and shuttle service was on time. Thank you.

This was a decent place to stay. Room was clean. Quiet night for sleeping.

While the included breakfast was nice in theory, the coffee was undrinkable. Sooo watery I started adding a tea bag for flavor. The staff was great though. They jumped to check on food the minute you walked in. Single pain windows made it a cold stay. There was ice on the inside of both the windows and door frame for our entire stay.

Definitely a dated property, our room was not in the best condition, but suited what we needed. Price was low and long term parking was fair. Shuttle service and parking for long stays was what we needed, there was no issues with parking on site - lots of room and chain link ran around the whole property. Shuttle service was easily booked to take us to the airport, arrived in a timely manner, shuttle on the way back was a 20-30 minute wait which we were informed of. Front end staff on our initial day and return stay were all fantastic. When we called for our shuttle back from the airport they assisted in reasonable manner and greeted me by name over the phone. We felt welcomed. We would use this property again for travel purposes.

This is a convenient, safe place for a stop over stay when flying in/out of Edmonton. The price reflects the property’s condition. One major drawback was the ice forming on door/window seals. They could use better sealings or replacement.

The room was dingy, there were hairs on the sheets, stains on them and the bed skirts, the wall plug in covers were held in by tape, the bathroom floor was filthy, the whole room stunk like cigarettes even though it waa supposed to be a non smoking room.

When booking, no mention is made that there is a difference, let alone a "like $20" price difference, between interior and exterior 2nd-floor rooms. There is no elevator access for exterior 2nd-floor rooms and the outside stairs are not shovelled. The room was clean and of decent quality for the price paid.

I had to wait for over 30 mins for the shuttle. And had to call again for it. Need the hotel name on the shuttle. And needed some paper and pen in the room.

Its a budget hotel ..... the room was decently clean and the bed surprisingly was very comfortable, the furniture and appliances in the suit were quite dated as was the room and facility itself but for the price i paid you could do alot worse, the staff were pleasant and granted me a late checkout on short notice which was nice, all in all if you want a cheap room withba comfortable bed and the bare minimum luxuries this is a decent place to stay

Stayed here for a total of 15 days. The rooms are never cleaned. After a week of staying i asked for my room to be cleaned. And all they did was clean the sink and make the bedding. And confirmed that they did not change the bedding at all. Streaks of god knows what behind the bathroom door and behind the dresser/tv stand is a vast array of dust and food particles. Was refused of my deposit because when they had looked through the room at check out there was a pillow and a sheet on the floor. Which shouldn't be a problem as if you actually changed the sheets or bedding at all they need to be washed regardless. The front desk had told me no they need to be thrown out because of the dust on the floor, which tells me they do not clean the floors at all either. The entire top floor smells like pot at all hours of the day. Somebody puked or smeared food on the top floor stairwell door and was never ever cleaned. It's only 60 a night but it's not even worth 20 a night. Stay somewhere else.

Stayed here for 9 nights, was working 12 hour days. The hotel changed towels once, changed garbages once and never cleaned the room.
