Close to downtown Toronto and cheap.
if you have bad luck, your room is either directly in front of the bathroom and you have noise the entire night or your room is far away and you have to walk almost 50 m to go in middle of the night to the bathroom.

This is university student halls accommodation when the students are away at home. It is very cheap for to be so close to the centre of Toronto. The rooms are basic but they are everything you need. Room was big and beds were clean and comfortable. The left luggage was fantastic both on checking in and out. Staff were helpful and friendly. I had no issues at all

I can’t believe they rent out this place as a hotel. I don’t know how students can live here, and sleep on this mattress. The shower was so dirty that I had to go somewhere else to shower. There was no AC (at least I couldn’t adjust the temperature) as mentioned in the ad.

Quiet, good location, relatively clean, affordable. I would definitely stay there again. It's a bit basic, so not like a hotel. No coffee machine in the room, shared bath, but all that is tolerable. I just needed a place to sleep while attending business meetings downtown. This served that purpose.
