WhiteHall Suites - Mississauga

An amazing location close to the hub of activities, from shopping, entertainment and fine dinning. The apartment was clean with easy check in and parking.

The location ia good , the furniture is old and not good.

Had difficulty contacting the unit manager/owner. Concierge/Security was not informed where keys were kept. Had difficulty contacting manager/owner on the day of checking in, hence did not have internet to work, TV did not work, could not access parking as no one (even security/concierge ) knew what the parking number was, the unit had NO basic consumables in the unit (eg tea, coffee, sugar, etc). TV did not work for the whole of the stay although my guests were okay with that.

The access provided on the lift was not for the right floor so had to walk stair to get to our floor. The wifi was not strong and kept disconnecting.

The room was relatively clean, though there was a fine layer of dust/grit on countertops and floors. I did a quick wipe-down then everything was good. It was supposed to have a full kitchen with supplies. It did not have everything on the list of the room binder, though the manager was quick to obtain most of the important items missing. But they did not supply liquid soap or a scrub for dishes, so we had to go out and buy them or else we wouldn't be able to wipe the stove top after use or countertops. Everything was comfortable, except the master double bed was getting worn cause it sloped to the middle of the bed. We didn't know it was just a regular condo and not a hotel with a suite. So it doesn't have any brochures/coupons of things to see/do. We could have saved some money with common tourist brochures available on admissions or food that weren't available on the web. We are timeshare holders and are used to that standard. Although the suite was comfortable, it was not near the standard of timeshares. And for the cost we paid, we expected at least that level. The condo is 10 minutes from Square One, a huge mall with everything for shopping including groceries. There's a lovely Japanese garden 5 minutes away where we fed the ducks. Mississauga was a great place to stay vs Toronto. Traffic and parking in Toronto was crazy busy even during non rush hour. So we took the transit into Metro Toronto rather than drive. China Centre in Mississauga was much cheaper than Toronto.

Was a nice hotel, just wish they provided us with a pan. They had all other dishes. Also, I was a bit disappointed that the cleaning lady came into our room at 10am and started cleaning while we were still packing up, even though check out was at 11am

When I book this hotel I'm so excited because I have a chance to stay whit my family on a nice suite.....wrong.....first I book a suite whit 2 bathrooms only have one small...the price on time I'm booking change the hotel charge more than price expedia give me...supost have a table but only 3 chairs my family is five.....and I can use the table because is broken...the sofas is .....I don't have a cess to the pool our the gym exactly show on expedia reservation. ....

Very avarage

This is a residential condo in a high rise. No services. It was great fir my wife visiting friends and relatives. They could stay over and talk all night while I go go sleep in one or the bedrooms

I was expecting a hotel, with service, not a condo. The place had an extremely strong air masking agent which made me think something is being covered over. It was overwhelming, bad enough so I wanted to leave. I eventually had a talk with the owner and he informed me about how to remove the odour (scented plug-in), making it bearable to breathe. The view was quite nice, I like Mississauga, but I was expecting to order in the am. Not a big problem, especially if you want to do your own cooking.

Die Lage ist super aber alles andere muss dringend verbessert werden. Die Apartment war aufgefräumt und oberflächlich geputzt aber nicht richtig sauber. Ich musste beim Ankommen die Badewanne einbisschen nachputzen. Die Putzfrau musste auch wieder kommen und die Belüftung sauber machen, die sie wurde Monate lange nicht (wenn überhaupt) geputzt. Die Fenstergriffe waren fast alle kaputt, sodass man die Wohnung nicht richtig lüften konnte. Die Jalousien waren alle kaputt und teilweise in den Schubladen verlagert. Die Wände und Fenster waren nicht wirklich sauber und viele kleine Geräte haben nicht funktioniert (Telefon, Wanduhr usw). Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl und haben gefragt ob wir in eine andere Apartment umziehen könnten. Die zweite Wohnnung war nur eine leichte Verbesserung zur Ersten. Die Belüftung musste auch hier saube gemacht werden, die Jalousien waren auch kaputt, ein paar Fenstergriffe waren auch kaputt. Sogar der Bodenbelag im größeren Schlafzimmer war teilweise kaputt und ich bin darüber gestolpert. Diese Info habe ich zwar weiter gegeben aber keine Reaktion bekommen. Wenn die Wohnungen in einem guten und sauberen Zustand wären, würde ich jedes mal hier wohnen wenn ich nach Toronto fliege aber die Besitzer scheinen nicht seriös noch professionell. Sehr schade.
