Nos quedamos en Calafate Lodge Patagonia y fue una experiencia increíble. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la atención fue impecable.
Nada que decir de nuestra habitación, super cómoda y calentita, además, súper limpio todo.
Recomiendo mucho este lugar para descansar y desconectarse!!

Not good. The water stopped working on the day I got there and none of the guests were given notice of this so that we could find another hotel. I only got a hot shower one day. The heating system is old. Would not recommend.

This property is ok but service was not on par with expectation. One full day we were without water to the cabin. A tree fell and blocked cabin passage and bringing luggage out was difficult and without staff help. Being a remote place having a tools to take care of wind damage should be a lodge priority. Dinner menu was a single dish (no options). Breakfast was good.

I have 2 complaints.
1. This lodge is not in the correct location on the Expedia map.
2. Although I had a confirmation code, they were not expecting me.
The lodge is quite a bit out of town, which is not what I wanted or expected.
However, the staff and the beauty of the accommodations made up for my 2 criticisms.

Cuando llegamos nos atendió una recepcionista muy amable y simpática luego de llevarnos a nuestra habitación y ver que todo estuviera en orden salimos al balcón a ver los bonitos paisajes con los que cuentan eran espectaculares la verdad me encantó volvería sin duda!
