Pasamos una hermosa estadía, muy lindo hotel (moderno) no tenemos nada para objetar. Con todo el confort y las comodidades para tener una excelente estadía. Buena ubicación, a un precio accesible, muy amable el personal. Regresaría con gusto en otra ocasión y por supuesto lo recomiendo

Best Apart Hotel

Nice hotel! Arrived a day later and room was canceled. Expedia did not contact the hotel to tell them that my flight has been canceled to next day. Fortunately, the hotel re booked my stay and gave a room. Miscommunication between all parties but with a nice happy ending.

Room was spotless and kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating. Breakfast selection was great and seating was varied. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Everything was great except for the breakfast. Not a great variety and not really that good.

The property itself is fantastic, and the staff are very helpful. The biggest issue during my stay was the Wi-Fi—it didn’t work well on any of my iOS devices. Additionally, the on-site laundry facilities only accept coins; the app didn’t work, and it was very difficult for me to get change.

Dystopian nightmare. Ridiculous levels of technology required to enter. Two locked doors and a receptionist to get in. Facial recognition demanded but not necessary. To use the hotel an app needs to be downloaded, but you need a cellphone and WhatsApp to get it. The laundry is falsely advertised. There is no washing machine in the room, and laundry is not included. It also needs an app downloaded, but doesn't work. The hotel doesn't have coins, so I had to go out to different restaurants trying to get change to due laundry. There is no phone, so anytime I needed something, I needed to go to reception. The breakfast was bad. Runny eggs and dirty tables not cleared. All this technology did nothing to improve anything. It only wasted a ton of my time. I will never stay here again. And the room was noisy from the street, even on the ninth floor.

Room, pools and reception were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good.

El staff fue muy amigable en especial Constanza que me ayudo a recuperar mi celular el cual deje por error en el taxi. Hay bastantes fallas en general en los departamentos, por ejemplo una habitacion tiene rendijas por donde entra el aire acondicionado y la otra no, hacia mucho calor por las noches y no tenian ni un ventilador para ofrecer. Tambien solicite mas ganchos para colgar la ropa desde la primer noche y jamas nos dieron mas. Un dia nos quedamos atrapados en el elevador y cuando se abrio decidimos tomar las escaleras de emergencia solo para darnos cuenta que no podiamos abrirlas en nuestro piso sino que tuve que bajar 9 pisos hasta la recepcion para poder volver a subir a abrirles a mis papas quienes estaban sumamente estresados. Les contacte para pedir ayuda a traves del chat y nadie ni nos ayudo ni nos respondienron. Honestamente no regresaria ni lo recomendaria, se que es casi nuevo pero les falta perfeccionar muchisimos detalles. El desayuno incluido estaba horrible.

Estuvo excelente !. Solo nos hubiera gustado que tuvieran una caja con pañuelos desechables y tanto el.shampoo como el jabón fuerin insuficientes. Faltó servicio de.limpieza en domingo.

Beautiful rooms. Very clean. One big drawback for me was no air conditioning in the sleeping rooms. Only the main living area had air conditioning. Had to sleep with bedroom door open and it did not cool enough

The room service skipped a day despite me requesting it be done. The hotel seemed to have some issues with Debit Cards and so charged more when using same.

It was nice. Well maintained. However, they lost a start because Sunday no one came to exrcute room service and i had to initiate same to no avail. The Monday morning this was then available despite me requesring. Also, they have an issue with using Debit cards not fully stated on their website; hence charging more with the use of Visa depit cards.
