The hotel is amazing, facilities are new and comfy. The ladies at concierge are really nice and friendly, they helped book the free shuttle to PVG. It's a short but pleasant stay. If I would go need a place near PVG next time, I'll definitely still choose this hotel.

Hotel is near to Pudong airport and 7 mins walk to nearby mall. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Will recommend to friends and go back again should there be a trip to Shanghai again.

Couldn't expect such a perfect hotel, for the price, nearby the airport. The staff were all golden, friendly and helpful. Hotel was stunning, room comfy (though I got a room near an outdoor staff area, was quite noisy in the morning). Breakfast was awesome, great spread. Nothing too much nearby, but for a quick stay over on a budget near airport, it's a winner. Internet speeds were awesome too.

Room was decent. Breakfast was ok. But the staff don’t speak English. The “free shuttle from airport” turned out to be BS. They run a couple of them per day but you need to call them to book. And they don’t speak English so that’s a waste of time. Taxi from the airport to here is about $20 USD each way.

Atour is very nice compared to mid-priced Chinese hotels. It’s new and has nice, modern decor. It’s not very direct from the airport. Make sure you have Chinese address and the hotel phone number. We attempted to book their shuttle in multiple ways and failed to get a response. We asked for it on our Expedia booking, used Expedia’s messaging system, and called the phone number Expedia provides. Nothing. Expedia should take the shuttle information off the booking site if there’s no way for a foreign customer to utilize it. Breakfast buffet is good, with both Western and Chinese options. A good value for the price. We were on the ground floor and the windows must be poor quality because the sound from outside carried through as if they were wide open.

Large, clean, modern rooms. Super quiet and the shuttle is very convenient. If coming from airport, you have to figure out when and where to get picked up. If all else fails, go to Traveller's Support on first floor.

Definitely recommend staying here. The shuttle ride at night makes you think what part of of the city is the hotel in, but it's away from the big city. Modern and clean! The staff doesn't speak much English but other people and clientele help out. Their breakfast doesn't come with the room but is reasonable, looked good, but didn't have time to try.

My only complaint about this place is the address that is written is correct but the address on the map is for the location of the one in downtown Shanghai this caused me quite a bit of problem on my stay and a subsequent amount of money that I hadn't planned on spending (Hotels.Com said they would fix it and have been very helpful) Otherwise this place is amazing super clean and has helpful staff (some English) the location is decent but not that much around it as far as a tourist is concerned. No subway or bus station within walking distance (basically you'll need a taxi for everything while staying here) If you're looking for a place near the airport and is clean and comfortable this is definitely it. This one is not located near the center of Shanghai that is the other place.

A very good Hotel near Pudong Airport. Clean, spacious, with good facilities. The staff was very helpful and the showers had great water pressure ! I will definitely stay there again .

The hotel is clean and cosy but it has not much to offer. it is quite far from the airport and you cannot consider it as a nearby airport stay. The shuttle buss to/from the airport is not there when you need it. there is very limited hourly timetable which may not suit you. We had to take a taxi on both ways as the service was not available neither in early morning nor in late afternoon. The stuff are good and helpful but they do not speak English. They do their best to use translator apps to help, of course.

安いのに綺麗で、全体的なデザインもオシャレで驚きました。また、受付の男性のスタッフさんがとても親切で、タクシーを呼んでくれた上に、帰り方や注意点まで、わざわざ翻訳機を介して教えてくれました。4人で泊まったのにアメニティが2人分ずつしか用意されていなかったのですが、それも気にならないほど良いホテルでした。私たちがペーパーを流してしまったせいで詰まったトイレを、嫌な顔１つせず直してくれた明るいおばさまにも感謝です。
