The room has charging port which does not require me to take out my adapter which is super convenient! Room is very big! Staff also very helpful especially the hotel managers and the Concierge. They also allowed me to deposit my luggage with them even after I checked out to go for day trip. The location also is super close to Nanjing East Road. Recommend!

Our room was clean and thoroughly tidied each day. We appreciate the attention to detail of each staff member and their kindness and awareness. We used the sauna ammenities and had a lovely time. The concierge we used to pass on items to a third party laundry we give were super helpful. The receptionists were well equipped with helpful information in both English and Mandarin. Super easy to communicate. Would definitely stay again!

The room was a good size and comfortable bed. The aircon, even if switched to cool, only blasted out heat. I ended up switching it off and opening the windows. The sound proofing was poor, so most of the night all you can hear was the ding of the elevator every minute. The staff are very unfriendly. The manageress tried to upsell another more expensive room to me because the one we booked “wasn’t ready” at 2pm the time of check in, yet magically it was 5 mins later when I asked someone else. I probably wouldn’t stay here again

The staff were kind, helpful, and professional. • The room was clean, though the décor and furnishings were outdated. • The bathroom requires renovation, as water leaked onto the floor during showers. • Breakfast was acceptable; however, hot dishes were often only warm and did not seem freshly prepared. • The location was very convenient, with close access to the subway and within walking distance of Nanjing Road, the Bund (Waitan), residential districts, and other tourist attractions.

The staff were very nice. English was a problem but we worked through it. Buffet breakfast was more than expected and we enjoyed it very much. You could not ask for a better location. Minutes from a metro, and 5 minutes from the Bund. Our room was comfortable and very clean.

There have no laundromat for customers , the breakfast kiosk lady is very rude no friendly at all, the servers’ clothing was very untidy , the front deck’s sofa and elevator’s carpet need are ran off need to replaced. Otherwise it is a good hotel close to Nanjing walking street.
