Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Qianjiang

Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby. Some comments for improvement would be : 1. Carpets- there is a damp smell and in some parts cigarette smoke smell. 2. Venting- I believe there are some hotel patrons who smoke in their rooms but this somehow leeches into other rooms which makes it a bit annoying

Great location, walking distance from many shopping malls, restaurants and Hangzhou mass transportation system. Always clean and well maintain instalations.

The park in front of the hotel is beautiful, hotel is just 5 min walk from the river view.

The rooms were clean, the wifi was the best out of all the hotels we've stayed at in China, and there is a metro located outside the hotel. However, there's no air conditioner so the room was a bit warmer than I like and the bathroom has a glass window so when you put the blind down the bathroom becomes a bit dark as there's no light above the shower. Also, the dining options around are not great as there are only about 3 places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Good location, options for food just outside. Hotel room decor is a little dated but still very clean and comfortable. Restaurant had some vegetarian options which were very welcome. Breakfast was very good, lots of options

For an American brand very few staff members could speak English. For example hotel operator had no idea how to answer, “What floor is the Gym / Gymnasium is on?” Same problem with front desk when I asked her to

This property is located in the Central Business location, metro is nearby, so are places to eat and walking distance to river and restaurants.

Terrible service. This is a Marriott and there is hardly any English spoken. The internet is set up for Chinese sites only, so if you are a foreigner and want to use non Chinese sites or search Engines, the internet either doesn't work or barely works. NOT conducive for a business trip. The club for food selection is Horrible, unless you are Chinese and like vegetables! The worst I have ever seen. I have stayed here many times and have never had these problems in the past. By the way, the club floor is NOT cheap, so one would expect much more! I walked away from my table to ask for help with the internet and with in seconds they wreaking my plate with food and my drink. I left my phone charger there so they would know I wasn't leaving and frankly, I was in plain sight of them. I ran back and told her NOT to remove my plate and beverage. She put them back, then again tried to take them away! No understanding of proper service and etiquette!

Friendly staff, very quiet location, taxi is cheap to get around. There are restaurants around the area. Beautiful view of the city.

Spend two nights here, and this is my second time staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient. Close to metro and has a few small restaurants and a 7-11 nearby. The room is spacious and clean, typical Marriot style. My only complaint was it's getting too hot during the night, even with AC off. I had to open the window to cool down. Overall, a good business hotel.

The pillow is not good for me! The food in the restaurant could be better....

Why do you make up some story just to get a guests business card? Why do you not understand "Do Not Disturb" sign? When a guest wants privacy you should respect that.
