Crowne Plaza SHANGHAI NANJING ROAD, an IHG Hotel

There were bugs in my room. There was bugs in the pool and it just wasn’t a clean area for the name it has.

Crowne Plaza is located a minute walk to Nanjing walking street. Lots of food options and shopping malls.

Excellent location and very near to almost all tourist destinations and airport. Just a stone throw away from the nanjing pedestrian road and gourmet resto. Manager and staff were very friendly specially the one who helped us with speedy check in. He was very attentive and upgraded our room to the next higher category because of being a hotel.com gold member. We will surely stay with crowne plaza next time we visit Shanghai.

Very nice, freat staff, and excellent location

Great location for accessing Nanjing Rd and we could see the Pearl Tower from our room! We arrived early and they were able to check us in 2 hours earlier and also gave us late check out. This was really appreciated since we had a toddler in tow. The junior king suite we stayed in was really spacious, again perfect for our active toddler. Highly recommend

Great location, Very nice hotel in and out. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and extremely clean. For the price its a steal. Highly recommended.

Best location for shopping in shanghai

Overall pretty good experience

The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Located at the center of Shanghai Huangpu district, the hotel has the best access to Citywalk of Najing road right at its entrance. It's also very popular among international travelers from my observation during my 6days stay. The service is also top notch. From luggage service to front desk and room service, everyone is very friendly, polite and ready to help the guests. My returning flight was delayed 24 hours due to typhoon so I called the staff to extend the stay midnight. It was connected immediately and the staff helped me extend the same room with no hassle. I really appreciate their professional service. My stay was a breeze and for sure I will visit again.

This was one of the better hotels that we've had the plesure of staying. It was a picturesque venue. The only thing wrong is the morning buffet. A little pricey but convenient thing. Service was excellent. We had a deffective mini bar fridge which was promptly replaced.

Great location

Great location in the center of Shanghai

Crowne Plaza is located at the end on Nanjing street in Shanghai and this excellent location had excellent dinning and shopping. The checkin and checkout was easy and a shout-out for Kathy who upgraded us to a VIP room with a view of the Shanghai skyline and my wife loved it. One thing I would recommend is that the breakfast buffet should clearly identify vegetarian dishes to avoid any confusion. We highly recommend this hotel for visitors who have a few days to see the city.
