Staff speak English, which is great, and I think we got upgraded to a bigger room, which is very nice. Staying at the east tower is a bit further away from the lobby in the west tower, but we appreciate the serenity.

The lobby is new but the rooms aren’t. The carpet looks like casino carpet ! The rooms are not refurbished. Staff are untrained and impolite , they care more about Chinese customer comparing to foreigner , the breakfast buffet isn’t impressive , lettuce were old and options were limited

ゴールデンウィークの上海旅行で家族3人にて利用。エキストラベッドはフロントで手配出来た。場所は浦東側で、浦東空港から車で約30分、虹橋空港にも車で30分の位置。ホテルはやや古く感じられ、ラグジュアリー感はあまり無いが、清潔に保たれており、不満はない。コスパはかなり良いと思う。部屋は広めで、朝食は最低限なものはある感じ。コーヒーのテイクアウトも可。麺のトッピングが日替わりで四川風や上海風など各種用意があって良い。チェックインの際に配布される暖かいクッキーは美味しかった。日本語が話せるスタッフはいなかったが、英語はフロントで通じた。近くに世紀公園という良く整備された公園があり、ジョギングに最適。上海ディズニーにも車でアクセスは良い。車で5分くらいのところにケリーセンターというショッピングモールがあるので、近場で食べたいならそこがおすすめ。

China was amazing, and the hotel was okay. The bed was very old and sagging. Wifi in China is very poor and controlled by the government. You cannot access many of the sites you need or want.

The hotels WiFi doesn’t allow you to use the WiFi while having your vpn on. Something to consider bc then you can’t use many of the sites u want to use. Mattress is as hard a rock, got bruises on the sides sleeping on the mattress. The breakfast was good, the lunch dinner buffet was really good. If you’re a fan of seafood they have all type of lobster crayfish clams squid. Some of the dishes are adventurous with squid mixed in with pasta and shrimp on pizza. They had an amazing tender lamb shoulder they cut, as well as unlimited lamb chops in great sauces the beef and chicken tacos were great too

Maybe it was 20 years ago. It needs a good revamp and re modeling done. The tv was so old and so was the carpeting and fixtures. Location was good though. Had a new square
with restaurants just behind the hotel.

I love that they gave out warm walnut chocolate chip cookies at check in. Also they’re very accommodating and quite respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.
