Four Seasons Hotel Beijing

Absolutely loved our stay at the Four seasons, Beijing. Rooms are large especially the bathroom was huge! Staff went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast had many wonderful options. Only thing needs improvement is the WiFi connection which was very slow. Otherwise rating 5 stars.

The hotel was amazing and so was the buffet there were so many nice options for food.the pool was a bit to shallow but overall it was really good.the shower was a bit confusing.

Pros : Kindly staff, variety of breakfast buffet choices, location of hotel Cons : useless slow room Wi-Fi, don't change bed sheet unless requested, taste of breakfast doesn't live up to expectations, annoying cigarette smoke odor inside the room supposed to be non-smoking room.

Everything was great with our stay. The service provided and the staff were exceptional and above and beyond our expectations.

I had a pleasant stay at the Four Seasons Beijing. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, making it an excellent place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The fitness facility is well-equipped with a good selection of modern equipment, and the spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. That said, I found the spa services to be quite overpriced for the value received. The facial was not particularly special and it was performed in a massage room. The hotel’s dining was also somewhat disappointing. While the food was perfectly acceptable, it was largely average and lacked the exceptional quality and creativity one might expect from a luxury hotel. Some dishes tasted more like prepared food than meals made fresh for the buffet, and the flavors were not particularly memorable. Overall, the hotel excels in comfort, cleanliness, and amenities, but the food and spa services did not fully meet the expectations set by the Four Seasons brand. I would happily stay here again for the accommodations and facilities, though I would likely dine elsewhere for more memorable meals.

Rooms felt slightly outdated and some fixtures were dirty or slightly broken/tight. Other than that service was phenomenal as always with four seasons.

It is not upto four seasons standards. When it was built, it was superb but now it is detoriating.

Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them.

The breakfast has fruit from tropical areas including papaya and mangoes which were impressive. We had executive lounge access and we really enjoyed what they offered for dinner and afternoon tea. EVERY staff member were outstanding in his/her service. Special credit to Cass (from housekeeping who painstakingly tried her best to turn the hotel's new firm beds into softer beds which my husband needs) and Kathy (executive lounge) were especially attentive to our needs. Their senior staff managers and directors are always on a look out to ensure guests' needs are met. I appreciated the life guard offering to lend me a swimming cap which is a requirement for the use of pools in China. Great practice 👌 If you book this place, try to include executive lounge access and make sure you enjoy the state-of-the-art gym and pool.

Hotel is getting old. Worn out. Breakfast is very good. Breakfast Staff cant speak or read understand English.

This is not at the usual standards of a US 4 seasons. More like a 3 star US hotel.

I highly recommend Four Seasons Beijing for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and outstanding service in the heart of the city.

It’s a four season, and it lives up to the expectations of the four season quality. The building and neighborhood are a bit dated, though. Overall, we had a great stay there.
