Super convenient. Less than 5 mins walk to TianTong Station Exit 3. Great view of the pearl tower from the room window. Spacious room. Clean and very cozy. 10 - 15 mins walk will get you to The Bund. I will stay again when I come back.

It's a good price for the location (10-15 minutes walk from Bund) but dated exterior. Rooms are clean, modern and tidy bur beads are hard compared to others. Breakfast is ok but expensive at 88 rmb per person.

we were very impressed with the friendliness and helpful of the doorman. check-in staff should learn how to be friendlier from the doorman. If you like going to the mall, this hotel is a bit far away. Hotel facilities function well

Absolutely fantastic king room - the room was laid out very well and it felt very luxurious with a separate walk in closet and huge bathroom.
The gym was a bit run down as was the coin laundry but the staff are very good there and very helpful. Fantastic location I would stay again next time.

The hotel is in a good location. Walking distance to train station and Qipu Lu wholesale shopping area. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are huge and clean. I enjoyed my stay in the room but the wifi connection in the room is very bad.

Is very small And a bit dated. The tiles in bathroom
Were cracked. The AC was not working well and after plugging on our iPhone charger there was an explosion and the electricity went off.
It is in a nice walkable area.

Breakfast was simply ok
Needed to print my train and air tickets asked front staff and was told they don’t have a email address which is total crap. Got a new guy to airdrop it to his phone and printed it out for 2 rmb
Won’t be staying here again
Staff need retraining especially breakfast guys and the senior front desk guys.
Door guy and cleaning room lady were great.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to see. (We are joggers who are happy to walk 2-4 miles to visit a park). The view from our window was magnificent! Loved the cotton bathrobes and slippers!

They are claiming that hotel is 4stars but it's not. A lot of issues here. For example, thermostat is not working. The temperature Durning the day was above 30C. At morning with all night open windows 27.5C. when I told manager about temperature he told me that temperature set to what is required by Shanghai government and cannot be changed. Looks like Shanghai government start regulating what temperature I should use in my room. Complete bools..t.
Most of hotels provided 2 free bottle of water. This hotel has smallest bottles I have seen.
The carpet in passage dirty and has stains.
No pool or gym.l
