The bar downstairs was not well staffed, or efficient, but, the rest of my 5 day stay was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner were extremely satisfying. The only let down would be the raw/sashimi oysters lacked flavour.

I'll just share you several moment I had in my stay
CHECK-IN
The staff is very reluctant to help me make the key, not even asking me any preference or request. I had her face like I owe her a million, making me feeling like I am not deserved to come and stay here.
As expected, the room is not satisfying ( I book a premium double room for non smoking and Ms Taylor Mai gave me a room on low floor with no view). I went down to ask for a room change, and guess what, I got an even worse one
When I check out, I asked for the invoice, and the parking voucher for my car. It is interestingly surprising that the staff is so proud to say we are not responsible for handling your parking.
THE ROOM
I choose marriott, for a faith in the quality. But this time I just got confused about the very flexible standard of this hotel.
How woudl you feel when you wet your hair and found the shampoo bottle is empty.
How would you feel when you found the face tissue is loosely stuffed in the box without any package.
How would you feel when you found your child's feet so dirty just after they run around the room?
THE SERVICE
For the first time, the staff of the hotel would hold your elevator and ride with you. And in this very special hotel, when I said how about you go first to the the butler with a big trolly delivering the package whom break in and take up the whole space, he replied, ok.
This is just part of the story. I really feel disgusting about this hotel. 0 star.
