I enjoyed the cleanliness of this hotel. The area was walkable and super accessible to nearby malls and small cafes/restaurants. We enjoyed the amenities as well as the tidiness of the room. Highly recommend.

Stayed a little over a week, staff ensured that I had an early check in as I was traveling all night.
Room was spacious and clean, everyday the room was always cleaned early and quick.
Breakfast was fantastic and all staff always available to assist especially the English speaking guests. Several malls just walking distance away. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

First room has a very strong smell of smoke and quite uncomfortable. But the hotel members are fast to bring in an air fresher for the night and quickly changed our room the next day.

From the time I book the hotel,message the hotel twice for charges of airport transfer,there was no reply. Booked the room for 3 adults with breakfast but was told only 1 adult is paid the rest have to pay.
Demanding for receipts on my side to prove that 3 adults were paid for the breakfast asking for the rest of the hotels cards to prove there’s 3 people.
And upon checking their system, the checking in staff has made a mistake stating only 1 adult check in the room.Service staff communication and understanding level is not good enough for an establishment like
yours.

I was given a room on the 13th floor and it’s good. From my room I can see Tianhe square. Hotel is linked to Grandview mall where you can also excess the MTR Tianhe sports Center. Would recommend. Thumbs up to front desk Miya and Jack.
