Overall a good stay at Hilton, abit overpriced, Lobby lounge a bit small. Most staff was good in English, will stay here again next time

Beautiful hotel and the staff speak English. if you go to China, this is the biggest problem, just imagen you can't order food, you can't ask for a taxi, you can't ask the staff where to go etc. I will stay again many times, Thank You!!!

This is a truly five star hotel. Check in was quick. We had an upgrade for a small charge. We had a wonderful view of the coast line from our room. The room facilities were very good. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the bar had run out of draught beer. To top off our stay was the bowl of fruit put in our room on the last day. Thanks very much for a very pleasant stay.

Great rooms, location is very nice as well very near the pier. The gym is very modern and also the pool very big and great for really exercising. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't provide, rent or sells swimming caps. The breakfast buffet is not too bad.

The hotel is close to the beach and many tourist sites. The staff was exceptionally courteous. More western style food for the dinner buffet would've been nice.

The Hilton Yantai is supposedly one of the best hotels in Yantai, but there are some underlying problems that made my stay at this hotel quite frustrating. One of which was the lack of English-speaking staff at the hotel. Given that it is China, this is understandable, but when frontline staff such as those at the concierge or the front desk cannot even communicate basic information such as checkout time and room facilities, something is seriously wrong. In addition, I woke up after the first night to a body full of bites! There might have been something badly wrong with the bed itself (bed bugs perhaps?! OMG!) and I told the front desk to have someone change the bedding. This was done, but the problem persisted the second night and I checked out without having a good night sleep in this hotel. Windows were also filthy and no view could be seen. Another thing to note is that the breakfast provided was definitely NOT of HIlton standard. This could perhaps be a regional China hotel but if you slap the Hilton branding on this hotel and claim to be a Hilton, there needs to be certain standards that you uphold. Interestingly, as I paid for a buffet dinner at the restaurant on the 26th floor — the same restaurant which provided breakfast —, dinner was much better and this was a stark difference to the breakfast buffet (which was included in the cost of the room). Something needs to be addressed in this hotel and I hope Hilton management are made aware of these numerous problems.

시내 위치해있어서 관광지 근처여서 걸어서 갈 수 있어 좋았어요 연태 여행 오신거라면 위치로 봐도 힐튼 연태 좋습니다 고층이라 뷰도 정말 멋있었고 조식도 종류 많아요 피트니스도 24시여서 출장자들, 여행객들 모두에게 다 좋을 것 같습니다
