Stayed this Hotel November 2016. Well located in downtown Shenzhen - close to everything. Hotel itself a little old and dated - but the Balcony Rooms a good size and basically well kept. The breakfast totally forgettable - so don't bother paying the extra for breakfast inclusive. Go across the road and get something decent! Otherwise ... a reasonable experience that didn't leave a lasting impression!!

The hotel is great for the price, it is surrounded by delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainments, the best location in Shenzhen. The hotel staff is very helpful. The only problem is that the hotel does not enforce their nonsmoking policy, even when the front desk was notified, no action was taken from the management, the smokers continued to smoke at nonsmoking floors, it's pretty gross to say the least! We certainly understand that some unculturaled Chinese customers are careless regarding other people's health, the management shouldn't!

Decent hotel for budget. very convenient location. A few minute walk to subway, mall and boarder. KTV next door is loud at night, so if you're a light sleeper, a suggest a different hotel.

Stayed just one night as i was on a whistle stop business trip. Hotel was basic nothing fancy. Service was good. Free Wifi was excellent. Well located near Lohu railway station and HK border.Bed was very hard tho.

Overall a good and clean hotel, though the breakfast can do without. The location requires a bit of walk (about 10 minutes) to the Lowu train station and immigration into Hong Kong. Food is not a problem in the vicinity. I may consider staying here again in future.

The rooms were acceptable. The staff was very friendly and provided me with a travel adapter as I did not have one. However, the location on Google map is wrong and it is not 'a few minutes walk' away from the train station. Breakfast was very simple but acceptable. I might want to try another hotel when I am in that area again.

Slightly jaded as many Chinese hotels are but compared to what I would get in HK for the same money....err, you cannot get anything but a bunk in a hostel for 77AUD a night. You certainly don't get a 12th floor room with an actual view (as Shenzhen city view go, lol). Look, it was a big room, great size bathroom (as big as some hotel rooms in the $100 HK price range alone!). The staff were good, my Mandarin is just functional but they always had someone who could muddle through in English. Worth the money. Less than ten minute walk from Luohu Shopping. Near to some Luohu bars etc. I've stayed in better in Shenzhen but for the budget traveller, this is a good hotel. The key thing would be that its close enough to walk to Luohu station unless you have heavy bags. Even then it's just a short taxi ride.

Stayed here for 3 nights, they first give me very bad location room, then later gave a decent room, room size & comfort OK, location is very good. BUT BREAKFAST IS VERY VERY BAD. NOTHING FOR VEGETARIANS, Toaster was not working for all 3 days, no display of Jam etc - we had to request to give us jam. Except for pricing & location nothing else is good. Will try other options next time
