Staff are professional and friendly. Food is delicious and price is amazing. One thing was unhappy: the hotels.com and this hotel were not flexible for the refund due to flight delay. I had to checkin one night later due to a 24-hour delay of AA127 02/12. If you could help to credit this night to my account, it would great. Expect you to work this out for your loyal customer. We did not stay the night of 06/18 and had Merry Hotel Shanghai (Ms. Meggy) noted 06/15. My hotel.com rep also sent a request for changing my stay from a new date. It’s good hotel to stay in if you’re there on business. We were there for a wedding. The room was nice and spacious as well as clean. Everything was very well presented. My main issue was that housekeeping would knock on our door 3-4 times a day even though we had the do not disturb sign on.
