Very nice and clean hotel. About 20-25min from the downtown area. Costs approx. Yuan 25-30 for a taxi to get there. Staff super friendly, they are ok speaking in English. Everything I needed could be communicated and has been answered. It is a 4-star hotel.

The staff were welcoming and the service was great. My kid was sick on arrival. The staff offered early chek-in and upgraded to family room for us. The location is good and easy to get around.

Not many choices in restaurants on site and the morning breakfast was ok. I would definitely pick a lower-level floor as you can breathe the smog on the upper floor in your room.

The hotel itself is fine, but the surrounding area leaves much to be desired. There are limited dining options nearby, and the lack of nearby attractions makes it feel quite isolated. The hotel was in reasonable location with inly a few metro stops to the Exhibition Halls that I was visiting. There is a small park area across the road which was pleasant and cooling in the heat of the day. I visited a nice restaurant a short walk away where I met an old friend of mine from Xian. There were no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Would absolutely be happy to stay here again when visiting Pudong.
