Renaissance Guiyang Hotel

The lack of tourism information is a major disappointment. The concierge should have references to local tours of Guiyang city, if not to major tourist spots in Guizhou. No maps of city or brochures of tours were available.

Pretty good hotel. Good location in the modern part of town with a nice park next to it. You need to take taxis to go anywhere else though, which is fine if know how to use Didi (and it's pretty easy to hail a normal taxi on the street in the city). Room was pretty good, executive lounge was nice for a "free" light dinner or afternoon cake and they also serve alcohol. No view from it though despite being on 23rd floor. Breakfast was only in main breakfast room and was ok, but not quite up to 5 star standard. Pool was decent but not atmospheric.

This relatively new hotel has all the amenities and luxuries that you could ever need on a business of leisure trip. Staff and polite and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are luxurious. And only about 30 mins taxi from the airport. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend

1. Front desk staff couldn't find my reservation at first. 2. Took over 20 minutes to deliver an extra bottle of shampoo. 3. Booked a king size bed with two breakfast, usually the hotel would upgrade to the executive floor for gold card members, but this time it didn't happen even though they were available. 4. No welcome fruit basket, not that it really matters, but this seems to be the standard treatment for gold card members. 5. Light switches are very difficult to figure out, and shower are hard to turn off. I know this is supposed to be easy for most people, but I am just stupid. 6. No USB charging connections. Please this is 2019.

If you want to rest in your room and have sleep for get it you put your do not disturb sign on but then they wake you up to see if you like your room clean

Great in general but there are only heating in the room, so the next morning while u get up, you feel your whole body is dry up by the hesting in the room.

I stay this hotel 2 days , when I went to swimming pool ,the staff was rude

It’s a nice hotel, located in the business district and close to a beautiful park. It’s a bit removed from the heart of Guiyang; therefore, it requires a taxi ride to go just about everywhere. Facility is great and staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge staff could use more English skills.

Good location, near Walmart. Staff very friendly and can speak English. They organized taxi for me every time. I was there with my 3 year old son and enjoyed the swimming pool, though water was cold. rooms are well insulated for noise. staff very helpful.

On visiting this hotel, I feel just like coming back almost my home in China. In 2nd floor restaurant, just try noodle like Vietnamese whose smell is almost there. just enjoy.

The facility is relatively new and the hotel locates right next to a large metro park which is nice. The club room initially assigned was extremely small. It didn't have enough space for turn-round within. We had to place an extra luggage bag in behind the door. Family of 3 sneezed in that room for 2 nights after promised a change. Talked to the front-desk in-person after 2 days but was told nothing available. After insisting to talk to a manger, the same staff "magically" found another room from her computer screen. The hotel charged $30+ USD per person for breakfast but the quality of the foods was disappointing. My kid spotted more than 2 occasions that chefs picked up something right behind the food counters and put into their mouths. The pool was nice however water was not heated. It was too cold for adults to stay in for longer than 10 minutes. There are plenty of 4.5-star hotels nearby. Choose a different one if possible.

It was a great stay experience. Definitely will stay again in the future.

沒有任何在門口的bellboy幫忙接送行李，整個大堂只有兩個職員一個禮賓人手很不足，人員態度服務都是很好的，離店早上六點多還給我們打包早餐，就是感覺沒什麼人手。另外洗手盆的下水有問題先，離店當天早上還有很大的異味非常臭。

Bathroom has a lot of molded areas

Excellent hotel. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The service is efficiënt. Superb breakfast.

每次去贵阳都会优先考虑这家酒店，在观山湖公园旁，早餐很不错，服务态度也是超棒！很推荐

酒店還是有不錯的水準 雖然硬體感覺有一點陳舊 但是整體還是不錯的 下次來還會選擇入住
