It was a pleasant experience staying here. Great location, walking distance to East Nanjing Road and metro station 👍. Around the hotel, there are many restaurants and shops selling drinks and our daily basic needs. The staff were really nice and friendly. They also speak English. We stayed for 6 nights and they gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, we really appreciated it, thank you so much! Cleanliness good, the bathroom and the bedsheet were very clean. They also provide bathroom amenities, water bottles, tea, and tissue, always refilled every day 👍
Unbelievable. I don't expect much on this inn. However I am impressed on how this inn prepared towel, shower gel, brush teeth, shampoo of course. Basic requirements for accommodation all covered. When I travelled and stay in inn, I don't expect elevator, however they have it. Even small elevator, it really helps. And the staff, is very friendly. I would say the staff gave us a lot of information on nearby attractions,. Location wise, perfect. Out from inn there would be a convenience store and pharmacy. The bund is walking distance, nanjing road walking distance. There is a small restaurant nearby and open till late night. It's also very nice.
A great value in a desirable location. The property and rooms are a bit quirky, but the value and location more than make up for that. Recommended.
great location near east nanjing road, the major pedestrianised shopping street in shanghai. it's also close to the subway station on line 2 (which goes to both major airports in shanghai). the dining option nearby, this being shanghai, are also fantastic and range from the cheapest to the most expensive (michelin starred stuff) and overpriced. a bowl of suzhou style noodle nearby costs 15 yuan (something like £1.6), and tastes better than almost any chinese place in london, all of which are overpriced and often tastes worse than my own cooking. rooms themselves are nice and functional. anyway, highly recommend this place.
This property is tucked away but don’t let this put you off booking it. It’s a 5 min walk from Easr Najing Road metro station and you can walk to the bund for the view of the sky scrappers in about 15 minutes.
The hotel itself, the staff are friendly even though they speak no English, the use translation apps to answer any questions. Super helpful.
The room itself was amazing for the price I paid. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well after a long day sightseeing.
I was given the room which had a seoerste bedroom, lounge area and bathroom. I had no complaints at all.
Location is a winner and I was super comfortable during my 3 night stay.
I would happily stay here, if I was to visit Shanghai again
