The staff were very helpful during my whole stay. The hotel is very modern and offers all you need with a great morning buffet. If you are attending an exhibition at the New Expo center the location is perfect. The metro line 2 a 7 minute walk goes direct to the PVG airport in 25 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus in the morning and after to the expo.

I've stayed at this location several times and in each occasion, I've had a wonderful experience. From the rooms to the staff to the large buffet style breakfast. They offer a variety of meals during the evening hours and it's all cooked fresh. The location is only 2 minutes from the subway station and there are many small shops and even a cinema that are within walking distance. Great spot, great place.

One of my favorite hotels when staying in Shanghai. One metro station away from the Maglev train to Pudong Airport. I like the harmonious and relaxant "Japanese-like" atmosphere inside the hotel. Staff is helpful and efficient. Rooms are well designed, spacious, clean. Beds are in top class. I like to use their gym, swimming pool and SPA (hot tub, steam room, sauna), 1 h quality massage for 300 RMB. Welcome fruits plate and mini bar. Breakfast buffet is not exceptional nor extremely luxurious but completely acceptable. If like me you are afraid of height, you will appreciate that this hotel has only five floors. So you will not have to sleep in a room at level 15, 25 or 35 and wonder how you will take you out of here in case of fire. If you have an early flight or train from Hongqiao don't stay here because it will take you too long to reach the station/airport. I almost missed a train once.

We had an amazing time in shanghai, the parkyard hotel was a wonderful stay. The business suite was clean and The shower was very nice. The greatest thing about the hotel is the breakfast buffet, it was absolutely delicious. I will be comming back to stay 1000% I recommend anybody to stay here. And take the line 2 from the airport to the high technology park $1.00CAD. The train also goes right to the bund!! Cheers!

I always liked to stay at Parkyard whenever possible. It is nice boutique hotel with excellent service and quiet rooms. Pool is superb and the evening band is top Filipino. Tony is the manager for many years and still watches out for details. It is conveniently located. Only a 3 minute walk to subway line 2 (I am 6-1). So if you don't mind walking, you can get to the hotel on subway line in 70 minutes, cbd and the Bund are 30 minutes by line 2.

The key benefit is the location for business visitors to the local business park, and if you in that category, and on expenses, just go for it, you will have a good visit. On the downside, that have functions outside in a large Marquee, which can be noisy, and in our room the air con was stuck at 24 degree.so you open the window, and the noise comes in. Not a disaster, but not OK at the prices charged.Otherwise all ok.
