Room is generally ok for buisness travel, not for family or leisure as there aren't much choices for transport nor restaurants nearby. Broken shower head when i check in the room. The two sinks in room, one cannot take out the water cap and so I have stored the water for 2 days, as I am just travel for business and not in room for long during daytime. General condition for room is fine. Breakfast is having many choices though and service in buffet breakfast is good.

Por ser um Sheraton, em uma cidade como Shanghai, pelo preço que cobram, fiquei bastante decepcionado com o café da manhã com baixa variedade e muitas mesas desocupadas mais sujas, as pessoas da limpeza conversando e os hóspedes procurando lugar limpo para sentar… todos os dias a mesma coisa…precisa melhorar bastante… quarto sem minibar, sem amenidades… enfim, decepcionado
