The front desk staff services provided very professional and great. the Sheraton was a perfect location close to airport and also close to one of the biggest shopping mall in the area SM. Rooms are perfectly clean and amazing breakfast selection.

The wall beside the toilet was not clean. There seemed to be somethings on the wall. But everything else was just nice including the staff. They were wonderful.

Decent size room, adequate bathroom and fairly good breakfast spread although the breakfast location requires a bit of walking to get some of everything. Why the toast is on the opposite of the lobby to the eggs is beyond me. Decent internet connection with built in VPN. Walking distance to shopping mall with decent restaurants is added bonus.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Quite, big room with everything you need. Clean towel, but one time after they cleaned the room, one of the new pillow cases was dirty. Lots of eateries and some fruits stores nearby. 15 mins taxi to the airport, 20 mins taxi to the pier to Gulangyu. Recommended.
