It's located in an old residential neighbourhood. Lucky that there's a convenient store downstairs. The eateries around are of very poor quality. Not desirable as a tourist accommodation.

There is a cockroach problem at this property. We found dead cockroaches on our hotel floor. They also sprayed strong pesticides every Fridays, which really irritated our throats. The WiFi is also not very usable for business travelers.

I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better.

Located near Futian rapid train station, but the service apartment is actually at a residential area within small road. Not many driver know how to reach the main entrance via a small road. Cocopark shopping centre is 5mins car ride.
