Great hotel, I will stay there again.

Something good or excellent: The Apartment is about 600m away from the subway 🚇. If you carry a large luggy, you may need some patient to walk to walk to the apartment. I had my breakfast a small restaurant near by, I had Chinese Xiao Long Bao, Chang Fen and Porridge. Very nice. The room is clean and nice. The service from front desk was excellent. Something need to improve: I am not sure the mirror of the bathroom is see through or not, so I suggest they can do something of that, if not please turn OFF light when taking shower. Something to remind: If you carry heavy luggage, please exit at C or G. (Please update info when you arrived)

Will definitely stay again

Very poor housekeeping and maintenance. 1. The room had a terrible rancid smell all over 2. There was no fridge in the room- which the reception claimed was sent for servicing and not replaced 3. Worse of all, there was a loose screw sticking out from the floor in one of the bedroom. as a result, there was an accident which consequently led to a trip to the local hospital

We like the flexibility of allowing us to check in early. The hotel provide fruits n herbel drinks that sooth our throats are thoughtful .

訂了複式大床房，房間在5樓所有窗關掉都很嘈！ 從未見過態度如此惡劣的前台！ 上房後打下去前台石小姐聽的電話，我要求多要一張被，所有物品都要3份，結果送來的只有一條毛巾。 訂單寫的是king bed 但進去之後只是queen bed，打下去前台問石就說所有這個房型都是queen bed，我問哪怎麼辦，她沒有回答我也沒有任何歉意，我就叫她把電話轉給經理，她說經理不在叫我等她回我，那時候是零晨4點多我也不想要等我問她經理在睡嗎？她也回我對呀。無論你們習慣是怎麼也沒可能回客人這個答案吧，還一點歉意都沒有。那我就直接下前台等。 下去之後更令人生氣，我到了那位經理還沒有到！！ 然後我問石小姐為什麼我要被子送來的是毛巾，她打了通電話問房務員才告訴我在衣櫥裡面有。如果她也要問房務員的話那請問我又怎會知道，我一開始打電話時她也不告訴我？ 經理過來之後更過分，我第一句問她睡醒了嗎？她更告訴我穿衣服需要時間！請問你是回家了嗎，在上班還換衣服睡覺？ 然後我問她知道什麼是King bed queen bed 嗎？她很理直氣壯地告訴我她不懂英文！！！！！她是做財務的。4星級的值班經理跟我說她不懂英語，那好問她有什麼解決方案她也不知道。那我就打電話去Hotels.com 看人家有什麼解決辦法了，人家24小時的是英語熱線，我說完了要跟酒店是，她就說她不懂英語叫我跟他說！會不會太誇張呀！做經理的只懂睡覺什麼都不會！！！ 整件事情上她們也沒有一句道歉！ 然後房間地板還要很髒，隔音超差很嘈 儘管最後她們是給我升級到29樓的房間，然後打算飲杯茶，茶杯裡是買還有人家飲過的茶跟茶葉！ 真的是超難忘的一晚！ 千萬不要住這個酒店，簡直是付錢買難受！！

Staff was friendly, and they upgraded us to a duplex apartment since our original room type was fully occupied. The upgraded room is on the 15/F of the property, with the living room and kitchen being on the lower duplex, and the toilet and the bedroom on the upper duplex. Amenities are well prepared. Didn’t expect to have toothbrushes, toothpastes, combs, lotion, etc. but they were all set up in the bathroom. The shower is a bit weak tho, esp not enough hot water supply. As for property condition, I think this apartment is quite old and cleanliness is below expectation. There are flies in the bathroom and probably fleas on the bed. My skin starts being allergic right after I sit on bed. Access to the hotel is not so good either. It takes abt 15min walk to go to the Coco Park mtr station, and more importantly, there are few restaurants nearby. Luckily there are quite many taxis on the road in front of the property so we can always hire one when we are too tired to walk.

The room was quite small. The area requires some walking. Average room amenities; with a few basic things lacking (slippers, sugar, etc.). Poor WiFi. Hot water was sufficient temperature but doesn’t go into the realm of ‘hot’.

A decent, clean and convenient hotel, at reasonable price.

Plenty of amenities in the vicinity. Shopping malls at walking distance.

The Hotel is a good place for the price. Good Location to where we need to go.

Received a noisy room facing street. Hotel does not offer disposable slippers which makes me feel uncomfortable. Check in is easy. Good location.

There’s smoking smell in room, poor maintenance. The room is not clean enough.

We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded. The bedroom had a reversible AC which could blow hot air which was very appreciable during this cold weekend. The reception could speak English so the Check-in/out process was easy. The room is not in mint condition but the cleaning is done correctly and overall it was a good stay

It was fine. The staff could have known a bit more English and the breakfast buffet could have had more seating but everything else was great.

3rd stay at Sunflower as I do business in Shenzhen. I travel solo for business, so I like a hotel room that doesn't cost a fortune but has ample space to relax and feel more like an apartment. Sunflower is great for that with the bi-level rooms, I can come home after dinner and watch a movie on the couch before heading upstairs to bed.

Good location but the hotel room itself had a musty smell, we had to change rooms because the highway facing room was too noisy and the bed was too soft. Usually in Chinese hotels beds are very hard, but this one was way too soft and lumpy.

The hotel is well-placed for conference-goers, being only about 4 blocks from the Convention Centre - an easy walk along busy but shady streets. The big upmarket Wongtee shopping mall is on the far side of the Centre. The 2-bedroom suite was good, apart from carrying suitcases up the rather steep stairs to the bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious, one more than the other, and one bathroom was similarly bigger and better than the other. It was useful having a washing machine (but no dryer or clothes lines), microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryers, bottles of drinking water, etc. The air-con worked well despite the steamy heat outside. The buffet breakfast was varied, but there are small shops about a block up the side street if you want to prepare your own breakfast in the kitchenette. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but the small Italian restaurant across the street had a good range of pizzas and salads on the only evening we didn't eat at the (generally very good) Chinese restaurants. Most of the staff spoke little English but they were happy to help, often whipping out a smartphone to translate something. There were usually taxis out the front, and we found it best to get hotel staff to write out in Chinese characters our destination. Similarly, the hotel cards at reception were helpful to give taxi-drivers to get back to the hotel. The hotel is about halfway between two Metro stops so we didn't use the Metro much, but it is a good system for travelling around the city.
