Gorgeous hotel, well managed. Staffs are professional, courteous. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with absolutely beautiful view of the river. Will stay here again in the future visit of Hangzhou.

The hotel room was big and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from, but the buffet dinner was a little disappointing; the food was not so fresh.

Very nice hotel. Huge huge huge room. Very good buffet dinner and breakfast with nice view on the 22nd floor. Recommend for business trips or just a family weekend getaway. Would stay here again if come back to Hangzhou.

Really concerned about smoking at the hotel. It turned out to be no issue. Deluxe room with two queen beds are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helped to get taxi for us.

We stayed for 4 days and the stay was fantastic. The room was very spacious. In fact the vacant space in the room was the size of the room at the hotel we stayed at Shanghai. Value for money. My Son started getting fever in the night and the hotel organised to send a staff to procure some medicines from outside at around 1am.
The hotel is at a very convenient location not very far from various place of interest. I would give the hotel 5 on 5 rating and would definitely stay in this group hotel where ever I travel.
Keep up the hospitality always. :)

The hotel itself is extremely modern and the interior design is on point. Our room was spacious and had everything you could possibly want. Its not in the centre of town but it is a nice location by the river. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the concierge even topped up the credit on my phone

Aside from the free upgrade to the Pure Room, the staff were tremendously helpful. We thought we lost a pair of expensive sunglasses on a cab which the hotel staff had called for us. The hotel staff later went out of their way to track down the cab and find the sunglasses.

This review would have been five stars were it not for the following experience. Our initially assigned non-smoking room had the smell of smoke. After we informed the hotel staff, it took some negotiation to change to a different room. In the end, hotel manager was helpful and courteous. If we dealt with lower level employees, this probably would not have happened. This is too great a risk to ignore. Hotel needs to enforce its policy for non-smoking rooms (they do have smoking rooms). If they want to cater to rule-violatig smoking guests by not penalizing those who smoke in non-smoking rooms, hotel would need to bear all cost of such behavior instead of having rule-abiding non-smoking guests to bear the consequence. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. Room has a nice view. Nice breakfast, competent staff (e.g. to help with calling a taxi etc.). Hotel is next to a lot of construction, and is quite a walk to any nearby restaurant / shopping.
