The Brigh Radiance Hotel Weihai

The reception upgraded us with a suit...which was nice. Very good breakfast with lots of choices, even for Venetians. Very friendly staff. The location is excellent, the old town iand the night market is just right next door. We shall return.

Friendly staff, clean room, a lot of choices for breakfast. Parking is not easy though.

Location is excellent and staffs were very kind and helpful. I love to stay at same place if the chance were given.

There were many convenience facilities, like a mart, McDonald, ect.

Many hotels have free water. First time I saw free fruits - apple and oranges. Very considerate for travelers. I also like the night light in the bathroom.

Property location was fantastic. The staff are very helpful. A lady named Pi was very helpful at the breakfast restaurant. It was lovely to receive treats such as fruits, vegetables and drinks on our return each day. The gym looked old and tired so it needs some refreshing. I wasnt pleased to smell cigarette smoke on the floor i was staying given it was a non smoking floor.

All the hotel staff are professional train. The house keeper wrote a small memo everyday that is heart warming. The front desk is very respondsive. When I report that the room is very hot due to the morning sun, she immediately reply to change room for me on the opposite side. The wifi is fast and great. The breakfast is fantiastic but same menu everyday. The shower water pressure is not strong enough. Room provide drinking water tap.

The Brigh Center Hotel is very well located with a large shopping area attached and an even larger mall, restaurants, movie theater, play area across the street. The location is prime for the number of buses and taxis that ply this route. The center of Weihai is only a short walk and Happy Gate and the seaside are within easy walking distance. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet and they have finally learned how to make eggs in the western style. The 20th floor has a nice lounge area with live music after nine pm and a Japanese style service earlier. However, if you ask for any kind of a cocktail be prepared to wait a long time, even if they have no one else waiting, as they really don't know how to make anything. There are two restaurants in the hotel plus the 20th floor. The "western" style restaurant is the same as the breakfast area and the Chinese restaurant on the same floor is quite good with some local specialties. There is an entertainment area "KTV" on the 7th floor but I did not visit so can't give any review of it. The front desk usually has someone who speaks English so normally works OK. They also can change money for you at a reasonable rate. WiFi was included in the rooms and usually worked fairly well. All in all this is now my hotel of choice in Weihai, as I make several visits each year.. There are others that are more luxurious and more expensive but the location leaves quite a bit to be desired.

I stayed here because I had some business locally. The location was in the dead of downtown so lots of traffic during peak hours if you need to get anywhere by car. The room itself was ok. The best part was my housekeeper who left me sweet notes with tea and mints. I booked with breakfast but they charged me for it anyway. Little to no English. The buffet was just ok. Lots of choices but as per most hotel breakfast buffets, lots of options (you won’t go hungry) but nothing very special. American and Asian Choices.

Clean comfortable hotel for a business traveler. Good hotel facilities. Breakfast was OK but I wish they could learn how to make eggs other than crisp so they can be picked up with chopsticks. Over easy or sunny side up was a non starter. Bed was comfortable enough for western standards, although still a bit too firm. The room could get too warm as the air conditioner is controlled by the building and only fan speed is controllable by the room. As I was there in the fall, I believe the AC for the building was actually turned off. Location is good for a short walk into city center. Department stores and mall across street with many restaurants on upper floors of mall.

Old hotel. needs renovation. Staff were nice. Hotel restaurant is not recommended unless eating very late. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping mall, other restaurants and public transport.

The staff tried their best but it always took an effort to make them understand what i want. Because of this language barrier getting their service was slow or not as expected. The hotel nearby area was excellent with places to shop,dine and roam around. However the room condition was not good value for money. The welcome fruit was not very fresh and tasted bad. The restaurant had very little international selection.

The staff was very helpful. Old hotel but the location is very good. The food during breakfast was very Chinese style. good opportunity to try Chinese style but I felt they could have had more international selection.

先說缺點好了，因為這是唯一的缺點：一樓大廳在整修，所以必須搭乘電梯到7樓辦理入住，但是引導指標不夠明顯，而且晚上十點後抵達酒店，抵達的時候， 1樓就已經沒有服務人員了，這對於安全管理上面，以及方便引導房客方面，是比較不理想的。 從入住到退房，真的讓人感受到，什麼叫做家的溫暖。不管是7樓辦理入住退房或者是諮詢的服務人員，態度都非常的親切良好，永遠都是笑臉迎人，溫馨問候，這是在大陸入住過所有的酒店裡面，態度服務最好的。 房間每天都提供簡單的宵夜，不管是牛奶餅乾或者是紅糖薑飲，水果也都是每天補滿的，再加上充分補充的飲用水，還有每天不同的房務人員給予的關心問候留言，大概也只有家人才會這麼擔心你渴或餓，給予無微不至的照顧和呵護。 有在細微的地方檢查了一下，發現打掃得很乾淨。酒店據朋友說在威海當地是老飯店了，但實際入住，完全感受不到年代感，各方面都維持得很好，還被升等，望出去威海海景以及威高廣場，視野都更加遼闊。衷心感謝所有酒店的接待和服務人員。 浴室的熱水水流小了一點，入住的隔天就跟前台反應，他們馬上就有處理，雖然效果有限，但誠意十足。另外，退房的前一天，還麻煩了前台的服務人員幫忙洗烘衣服，傍晚回到房間，發現就已經洗好烘好送到房間放好了，能夠帶乾淨的換洗衣物回家，真好，又再一次感受到了只有家裡面才會感受到的溫暖。 早餐的選擇不少，熱菜及水果方面每天都有變化。其他的那些澱粉類的早餐，就是基本配備。現煮的牛肉麵或者是餛飩湯都非常美味，尤其是餛飩湯，旁邊的小料加一加，真的有海的感覺。本來第三天早上，想要改點鲅鱼水餃，可惜早上沒有供應，有點小遺憾。希望下次有機會再入住，可以招待一下；） 當你在威海，一個這麼乾淨又海景遼闊的城市旅遊，再入住溫馨、親切、乾淨、便利，又把房客照顧得無微不至像家一樣的酒店的時候，這趟旅程，就已經注定盈滿感動和深刻的回憶了。

A nice hotel with good service. The dinner buffet is good at valued price.
