The hotel was easy to find, 10/15 minutes walk from the subway. The staff were excellent and even gave me a free upgrade. Restaurants right outside. The was perfect size and me the bed was very comfortable.

The room is very clean and the staff here are very friendly. I can get 2 bottles of water everyday and there are drinks in the fridge. The free washing machine is very convenient and the hotel also provides free detergent. There’s no dryer but my clothes could dry out overnight when hanging in my room because it’s warm. The place is within walking distance to US embassy and there are 2 subway stations nearby. When checking out I left my headset in the room but the staff are very kind and helped me ship my headset to another city

Overall it was a decent hotel, good breakfast. The only annoyance was that I was told that I needed to switch rooms, so I packed up all of my belongings, but then I was told that they made a mistake. So I wasted some time doing that.

No physical address was available. We only had the subway station to go by. I arrived at 10pm at night, the taxi driver and a number of local people at the area did not know where the hotel was. I ended up staying in another hotel nearby. I found the hotel quite by accident when I walked around the area the next day. I did not stay in the hotel the first night, but they refused to acknowledged that and extend my stay by one nigh.The manager's attitude became very hostile and unpleasant.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Yi Stack! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my visit even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend!

The staff was so helpful despite the language barrier. The room was kept clean and nicely designed for solo travelers. However, the bathroom light is censored so the light kept turning off when i needed it on.
