It was ok. The beds are supper sturdy and hard. The bathroom area, specifically the curtains were full of mold. It smelled like old and moldy house. Under the beds was full of dust. The water was cold.

Only complaint I got is that the first room they gave me smelt like mold and the pillow cases and towels seem very old and stained. They should really invest in buying new ones.
Other than that everything was good. I would consider staying there again.

Expreso mi sincero agradecimiento por la excepcional hospitalidad y servicio de su hotel durante mi reciente estadía. La atención al detalle y el compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente realmente hicieron que mi experiencia fuera memorable.
Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal de Casa franco, garantizó un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Las cómodas habitaciones, las deliciosas opciones gastronómicas y el impecable servicio de limpieza superaron mis expectativas. Me impresionó especialmente la fluidez con la que todo estuvo organizado y el comportamiento amistoso de los miembros de su equipo.
Una vez más, gracias por brindarnos una estadía tan placentera. Recomendaré su hotel a amigos y colegas y espero tener la oportunidad de regresar en el futuro

Maybe if i where in a different room it would have been better i was on the bottom right next to the reception desk. I could hear everything outside my room and they where doing repairs all day so i could hear it all. And there where crickets and huge water bugs in the room. The bed came with only a sheet and no blanket

Day 1: Arrived early for check in and was told an additional charge would need to be made as a result so had to walk around for 4 hours. Check-in: Had to switch rooms 3 times (first room was right next to car park when I asked for a quiet room, second room had no hot water). WiFi was poor and dropped out frequently. In third room there was barely any water to shower with (still no hot water) so checked out early and went to airbnb

No towels were provided for guests. No blankets are provided for the rooms. There were insects in my room when I first arrived. No hot water in the rooms. There are other hotels nearby for the same price point that have much better facilities

When arrived to the hotel, hotel stuff told me that room was not available for 2 days, only for 1 day, and that they would like me to put to the another hotel, not in the center or close.
After I showed my reservation and told I will not go anywhere, they start searching for a room and found me one.
The stuff was great! They tried to help me out with overbooking and made a longer check-out time for me. Thanks!
