Had a great stay. The Junior Suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good, and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only note - There was no door on the bathroom, so its nowhere near soundproof, but maybe okay for couples.

The staff were very friendly and were going out of their way to assist us. They were very professional. The hotel was very clean and the surrounding areas as well. Close to shopping and transportation with a lot of dining options within the hotel and surrounding area. The pool was clean and quite large and the always had a lifeguard on duty.
Highly recommend it. Five stars are not enough.

The pool area it’s very unsafe. Floors are slippery and the ramp going in and out of the pool it’s shiny metal, I slept coming out of the pool and I hurt my knee really badly. I was very upset and I just went to the room without complaining about it. They should change that before somebody hurts again.

Nice hotel well located close to restaurants and small markets. Breakfast ever was good with different varieties. The only problem is only one or two waiters for breakfast. To get coffee will wait a long time. Should have a self service coffee just like the buffet.

The A/C was not working and we had to pay a fee for an early check-in.
Even with the window open it was hot in the room and we had trouble sleeping.
The early check-in was 50% off the daily charge which I find expensive knowing they had many place.
