When I went there the hotel mentioned I do not have reservation. Expedia charged me full for 2 nights and not giving back refund. The location was very scary place there was nothing around. I had to book other hotel with booking dot come. It is scam . I have been using exopedia from past 20 years now expedia is very bad.

I feel sad that I have to write this review the property has so much potential and the staff is really friendly but the have a cockroach infestation in the building we killed 5 one night right next to our bed, on the floor, in the bathroom just not sanitary the range from tiny ones to huge ones really disgusting. We had to live on our 3rd night couldn’t take it anymore. We were supposed to stay for 17 nights but it just wasn’t duable really awful.

For being a last minute stay, this place was better than expected and highly recommended. The rooftop is has a spectacular view of Medellin.

The breakfast was amazing and the communication with the workers too.

Bed was comfortable amenties were excellent view was amazing, my only issue were the roaches in the room which was the only down side to the stay.

Pro: Buena atención al cliente, habitación bonitas, buen desayuno y comodidades como el Jacuzzi y el Baño turco. Contras: -la ubicación puede ser un poco peligrosa en la noche. -Tuvimos problemas con el portón de garaje, no funcionaba bien

I Give it a 6.75-7/10, they honestly just need to fix small little things and need WAY BETTER!!!! Communication. 1st no a/c, very poor airflow and circulation and very humid and smells like it too at night after being away all day. Excellent full Kitchen, super cold fridge and freezer, no microwave but have a full oven. Great hot water for showering and washing dishes. Pillows are horrible, super thin no support. Even with 3 pillows still very thin. Rest pretty good, all staff was super nice and friendly expect the old lady who alway looks like she has an attitude or is upset. Other than that EXCELLENT place to stay and AMAZING price too!! Great location. Locals are super nice and friendly, the park is only about 5 minute walk with plenty of food vendors and restaurants, bars and small convenient stores all around the park. Heads up if you go to park to eat at night, people might ask you for food (I don’t mind buying a hungry person food, just don’t give away money)

If you factor everything, price, location, accommodation, amenities, cleanliness, convenience, communication, not bad, definitely would recommend this place and stay here again for the price I paid, like $40 USD a night for a full 2/2 with full kitchen, stove and oven (a microwave would of been better than oven) I give them 7/10 ratting. Just wish I knew there was no a/c, the place was super humid all the time and smelled like humidity too but just at the beginning and the pillows are very flat, don’t offer lots of support. Bathroom are small so keep that in mind but I didn’t mind that. The elevator does need a GOOD DEEP cleaning and vacuuming!! The automatic standard message they send in WhatsApp that they say if you need anything to communicate with them through there, no one responds, after 10PM or before 9AM, so if you need anything or there is an emergency good luck!! Call the national emergency number 123 (Colombian version of 911) would be my best advise. Idk what are the times for breakfast but we miss it twice one day when went up at 9:42 and they were close they said breakfast ends at 9:30 and check out, we went up at 6:40 AM and it was close. And to use the Steam room or Jacuzzi you to make a reservation and it’s only for exactly 1 hour but on the positive side if you want something “private” you have it all to yourself or your party only for that 1 hour exactly. If your hungry late at night or want a drink by the Boston Park (parque Boston) lots of options.

Shower pressure for hot water. No one comes to clean during the stay. Had to ask for new towels after 3 days. No one speaks English. Breakfast was just ok. No front desk. Outside of the hotel doesn't quite look like it.

Outside appearance was interesting. Shower hot water is lacking. One thin sheet to share. One key. No front desk. Our single room looked like a dungeon vs the double room.

Great stay and Jhon was very helpful and spoke English which helped us. You can book private use of the hot Jacuzzi on the roof for free too. We used the kitchen which was fairly well set up for it.

I recommend this place is beautiful and friendly people. Very clean also

I would loke to give my congratulations to Savella the host, the cook and his staff they were very attentive and made me feel very welcome at their establishment. Its was an excellent choice and I come back again, when I am in Medillin.

The young lady at the reception was really helpful and nice. It’s the only good thing I’m keeping in mind. Breakfast is a joke. If you are late and find nothing left they just tell you no more. For the price you are paying don’t expect that much

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was a treat.
